Brooke was an absolute delight to work with. She bent over backwards to find us the local tours and transfers that we needed for our family of 5 in Vietnam, and hooked us up with the best local guides. We had a brilliant holiday and it was down to her dedication. She was flexible when we wanted to change our itinerary and even helped us with our visas when we called in a panic. You won't go wrong booking your next holiday with Brooke.

It certainly takes the stress away, and the pressure off, when you have a Brooke to deal with last minute plane cancellations. Not only did Brooke sort out the best way to deal with sorting out overseas tickets for 2 adults and a 15 month old 3 days before wheels-up, but also organised a very quick refund from the offending airline. Myself and two friends relied heavily on Brooke at MTA Travel to arrange international and domestic flights, accommodation and transfers at very short notice recently. The arrangements were complex and difficult to arrange by ourselves due to the three of us living in different parts of Queensland. Dealing online by email, Brooke delivers exceptional service with incredibly fast turnarounds to inquiries. This was the case whether we were at Thomas or on the other side of the world. She came to our aid multiple times when errors at various airlines threatened to disrupt our travel planes and we were unable to resolve the issues ourselves. Brooke made a huge difference to enabling us to travel worry-free, and had a comprehensive itinerary arranged to the USA from Australia set and delivered within 72 hours. It would have been much shorter than that had we ourselves been more certain of our travel dates and destinations and departures! We are most grateful for her professional and courteous assistance. Brooke was amazing to work with! She was able to figure out exactly what type of holiday my family was looking for in Fiji and was magic coordinating travel between multiple locations with ease. When there was a slight hiccup with booking at one place she immediately handled it and confirmed our other travel as well. She was a delight to work with and kept us in the loop at every stage, including navigated the ever changing landscape of traveling during Covid. I highly recommend her services.

What a magical trip to Norway we had! We were well supported by our booking agent Brooke the entire trip, informing us of Departure Gate changes plus updates to Covid requirements for each country we were transmitting through. She had thoroughly researched our trip and had booked us on the most comprehensive tour of this wonderfully scenic country. The hotels she booked us into were beautiful, and accessible to the centre of each town. Thoughtfully, she had organised a car service on three occasions and a porterage service to get our bags across the country whilst we were doing a 3 day train, bus and fjordland ferry trip! The Hurtigruten cruise was brilliant, I can’t recommend that highly enough. The trip was well planned ensuring we got to see as much of this beautiful country in early spring as was possible!
