What can I say about Charissa. She’s the most honest, genuine, caring agent I have ever come across for her. Ever since I met her when I was treating her father, we have just got on. She has been looking after my itineraries now for over a decade. It’s got to the point now where i just tell her the dates I want to travel, where I need to be for a conference, and she books everything. Flights. Transfers. Hotels. Holidays after conference. She takes so much care in what she does. She thoroughly researches everything. Gives me several options and then puts it all into that fabulous App which has everything at your fingertips. Nothing is too much trouble for her. If I even have a slight concern, she will go away and give me several more options. Its got to a point now where she knows exactly what I want in my itinerary. The type and style of hotels. The locations of the hotels. What trips I like to do. I am pretty OCD and I would double and triple check to make sure everything just flowed but I needn’t have worried as there has never been a hitch. I get reminders of what’s next. She works out what is reasonable. What is fair. She knows what I like. She will always strive to get the best deal. I cannot recommend Charissa highly enough. Now even my colleagues use her and they can be quite fussy at times. Nothing fazes Charissa. Charissa thank you for being the most amazing travel agent I could ever ask for. Charissa It worked well the room was pleasant but aged (double taps and old TV that did not work that well) but neither was a real distraction from savouring the view both on the 27th floor room and the 36th floor restaurant the highlight was the breakfast which was leisurely and very warm service we stayed for a couple of hours enjoying the view and the atmospherics the late check out at 12 noon was good for us and the US$100 play money was a nice touch I could not get any clarity about car parking but the valet parking was a little steep $72 thanks for your help we look forward to continuing using your service Pete

We were desperate for a staycation in Sydney, due to no overseas or interstate travel allowed at present, and Charissa came up with some great offers for us that we'd not found doing our own research. Charissa is the consummate professional travel agent leaving nothing to chance when advising and arranging itineraries for her clients, whether it be for six months travelling the world or a three night stay in a city hotel during a coronavirus epidemic. Not only does she manage to negotiate the best itineraries for the best price but recently has successfully secured refunds for travel abandoned due to the current pandemic.

We enjoyed our “family” cruise very much. So special to have cousins who don’t see enough of each other enjoying their time together. Ovation of the Seas is of course enormous and offers something for all. Our “private” excursion to Signal Island was disappointing to me for the price and as the wind was very strong in the afternoon the water a bit murky and the boat ride home frightening for many. The boats and good and their drivers are well experienced. This is no reflection on MTA as I requested this tour on recommendation so obviously others have had a wonderful experience there. It was also nice to get away from thousands to enjoy a quiet destination. The following tour to Mystery Island was delightful. The locals have made a big effort for the Tourists with different entertainment and make do shops. There is no pressure to buy. Food and drinks also can be purchased. Back to the ship and a myriad of entertainment and restaurants available on board as well as shopping. A good choice for families of which there were many.

Japan is an amazing vibrant Country. To me RESPECT sums it up. The bustling high rise cities seem to be endless as are the thousands of locals walking through amazing food halls at every ...and there are many...railway station. Hundreds of restaurants amongst glamorous shops. Such pride in their food and its presentation. Well groomed people, next to no graffiti, and cleanliness is ultimate. Their currency is widely used over credit card and they have a “no tip” policy. Their honesty pays you to the last yen. The roads are very busy but work well and in 17 days I did not hear one horn beep. A revelation!

She got us onto some great flights and when one flight got cancelled while we were away and the airline placed my husband and I on two different flights, at the last minute she fixed it all within minutes and kept us updated throughout the process. Over the past 20 years we have been travelling overseas regularly at times through a travel agent and other times painstakingly locating venues, booking airfares and accommodation ourselves. Recently we were introduced to Charissa at MTA Travel. Our plan was to do a 22 day Mediterranean cruise plus a few days in Malta. We asked Charissa to put a package together to cover the complete five weeks’ trip. To our absolute delight, after several amendments on our behalf, she came up with an amazing package which not only saved us money but through her efforts we were upgraded on the cruise at no extra cost. All the accommodation she arranged was excellent and convenient, the transfers were always on time. Our 5 days in Malta were exceptional as she made special arrangements for us to see the great sites in that wonderful country. Never have we experience a travel agent as professional and attentive as Charisssa and our only regret is that we met her after all these years of travelling. Charissa and Chris helped us book a family trip to NZ and they were fantastic. Best prices, best advice and hassle-free help in making sure the trip went smoothly. When we book with them we always get the seat we've requested on the plane (although they warn they can't guarantee it!) and they're always accessible. Would always recommend them!

Charissa has booked 2 wonderful holiday's for me now. One to Spain and Italy and another to Singapore and China. I have been traveling with the assistance of Charissa and Chris on 3 occasions now. Each time I have found their service to be prompt, professional and exceptional, even though I have been a little painful changing dates etc. My family and I have enjoyed each of our holidays. As a family we are working on a tight budget and the team understand that and have always searched for the best available deal. This is the first time I have ever used a travel agent & Charissa was amazing. We had less than 2 months to book the entire holiday & she was great in her suggestions & also finding the right hotels within our budget & providing options. Below is a little more of an insight of each place we visited. It was snowing in NY (first time seeing it) was soooo cold. Central park looked just beautiful covered in snow. -Highly recommend to anyone who is travelling to do the Hop on Hop off tours immediately on your first or second day as it allows you not only to see the sites but also to get a lay out of where everything is. We went to Madison Gardens & did the tour there (only across the st from us) which was good. Hotel was nothing like the feedback I saw on websites…it was clean, quite & central. Check in most times was massive so arriving late was a good idea. Steak at the restaurant downstairs was amazing. Washington Tour while it was good to go I don’t really know if we got our money worth from it.. The president even drove past us near the white house. Loved Miami- we got an upgrade thanks to you telling everyone it was Rodells Birthday for the entire trip hahaha so we had a massive balcony with sea views. The hotel was amazing, staff sensational & Rodell even got a little Bday cake on our last night. Texas- BBQ was amazing…. Hotel was beautiful, staff so helpful & it was quite so it was great just to get away from the hustle & bustle but was expensive to get to the city as we had to pay for taxis. LA- was busy. Hotel was nice again got an upgrade & a plate of choccies with a Happy Birthday message written on it. I must of sent the incorrect name as we were meant to go to universal studios for our tour however ended up at warner bros (which was still ok). LV- OMG nearly killed me (no sleep) but was great- hotel was awesome Grand Canyon Tour was great & a must for the helicopter tour if you go all that way. San Fran- Was great also- wanted to do Alcatraz however it was booked out & the next available tour wasn’t for 4 days (so def recommend customers book this tour before they get there). Honolulu- OMG what can I say…I feel in love with the place & the people were amazing so friendly….. We did the Pearl Harbour tour to see the memorial (sunken ship) which was great then we went on a full island tour. The driver was to funny & we saw everything on the island including the dole plantation. We also did a Lulua (not sure on spelling there) at the Polynesian Cultural Centre where we sent the afternoon visiting the sites within the centre then shared dinner with random people which was a great experience then watched the Fire show Breathe of Life which was just mind blowing. Wish we stayed longer & saw the other islands. (next trip hahaha) If I was to do it again the only thing I would change is perhaps not do to much in such a short period as I felt like we were at the airport for half of the trip & also not to use shared shuttles as it wasted a lot of time dropping/picking people up. So thankyou so much for helping me with booking this you were such a angel to deal with and also were happy to help where you could.
