We had such a wonderful experience with Carmela, who assisted us with planning our trip. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was organised and stress-free. Carmela was incredibly accommodating, even meeting with us after hours when needed. She was always available by phone or email to answer any questions and was so helpful throughout the entire process. One detail we especially appreciated was that Carmela printed hard copies of our flight and train ticket information for us, giving us extra peace of mind in case we were unable to access our digital copies. Her attention to detail, professionalism and genuine care made such a difference to our travel experience. We couldn’t recommend Carmela highly enough and are very grateful for all her help.
