With extensive experience across Australia's travel and transport industries, I have built my career around delivering exceptional travel experiences and tailored solutions for every client. My journey began with Flight Centre's Escape Travel, where I established a strong foundation in airfare management, itinerary design, and personalised customer service. It was here that I discovered my passion for creating memorable travel experiences and helping people explore the world with confidence.
I went on to broaden my expertise with Queensland Rail and Greyhound Australia, specialising in long-distance and group travel. These roles provided invaluable experience in complex travel logistics, operational planning, and coordinating seamless journeys, strengthening my ability to manage every aspect of a client's travel with precision and care.
As a Travel Manager with Harvey World Travel, I further refined my expertise in designing bespoke domestic and international holidays while leading and mentoring a successful team. From luxury escapes and family adventures to corporate travel, cruises, rail holidays, and multi-destination itineraries, I have consistently delivered personalised travel solutions tailored to each client's unique goals, preferences, and budget.
