Emma had us feeling confident to travel on our first overseas destination with children from the first moment we contacted her. She gave us plenty of options to choose from and was easily contactable when we had questions. We had five nights at Niseko Village skiing, then off to Osaka and Tokyo. Emma booked all of the necessary activities that we requested and kept us up to date with payment options. With Emma’s on the ground experience in Japan she was extremely informative about the different areas and what we could expect while giving us the confidence to explore on our own. She suggested lots of helpful apps to have ready and explained how to access public transport. Once on the trip we used the paperwork Emma provided with all the booking details and the MTA app was also invaluable when checking in to accommodation, entering booked tours and accessing transfers. Emma organised all our Universal Studio passes which was great to have insider knowledge of how to book tickets. Even though we didn’t need to, knowing Emma was contactable anytime throughout our trip and quick to respond was reassuring. Our trip was seemless and I believe it was due to Emma’s exceptional insight, thorough knowledge of Japan and travel requirements in general and her eye for detail. We will definitely be booking our next trip with Emma as well - probably back to Japan!

We honestly cannot recommend Emma highly enough! She did an absolutely incredible job organising our Christmas cruise with family and friends. Every detail was thought of, communication was outstanding, and the entire experience was completely stress-free. Travelling as a large group during the busy Christmas period could have been challenging, but thanks to Emma, everything ran perfectly.
