I’ve used Emma several times now over this last year. For the service Emma provides she is very fair. Her knowledge has been wonderful and her contacts extraordinary. We missed a flight (Travellors worst nightmare) due to a miscalculation on my part. Emma picked up her email during the night responded immediately and had our trip back on track by the time we woke up next day. She is great and cares about her customers. Emma booked my family plus my extended family (a total of 16 of us) on a Carnival Adventure Cruise. The occasion was for my Dad and Uncle's joint 80th birthday. My family had a ball, and we created so many wonderful, lasting memories. Emma was so professional and organised and she made the booking process very seamless. Emma also gave us some extra tips about cruising and even helped arrange a special birthday dinner celebration on our first night onboard. I would highly recommend Emma for booking a holiday.
