I don’t have the words to express how amazing Emma is! I recently travelled overseas with my husband and 3 young children. We travelled around for 3 months, and planning and booking with Emma was an absolute breeze. Nothing was ever a bother, everything was covered, questions were always answered in a timely manner either by email, text or phone call. We will definitely be using Emma again for future bookings. Emma made arrangements for my daughter and I to fulfil a long-awaited trip together in celebration of my 50th birthday. Her options in regard to our hotel and the day tours around Kuala Lumpur were spot on and the arrangements were seamless and considerate of our likes and the things we like to do. Recently we travelled overseas to UK and Europe for 6 weeks, Emma prepared a very full itinerary, not leaving out anything Not only did she arrange our airfares and accommodation but our first class rail passes, suggested various options and arranged our tours everywhere we went Emma went above and beyond right up until we left and everything was meticulously documented in our itinerary and on the MTA app leaving nothing for us to think about so we could just enjoy I cannot recommend her highly enough, she is an excellent travel agent

I have just had the most amazing trip UK, Ireland, France, Switzerland and Italy. All organised by Emma Long MTT Travel. She did an amazing job of organising our trip. Not one issue and she organised Air fares, train travel, accommodation, shows in both London and Paris, tours (Tuscany wine tour, Switzerland Mt Pilatus cable car) I cannot recommend her highly enough. MTA travel were exceptional. During our trip there was ticketing error which was caused by Qantas. Unfortunately the airline had documented another person travelling with me instead of my wife. This happened on our way to Europe and again coming back. We were at the Qantas counter for over an hour each time and we rang our travel consultant Emma Long who spent considerable time on the phone to Qantas. One of these calls was late at night and no doubt would have woken Emma up. We were lucky to have the problem fixed, without Emma we would have been stranded. BIG THANK YOU

Emma helped us book our holiday to Fiji on the Coral Coast and Castaway Island. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Everything went so smoothly, the private transfers made everything so easy, the drivers were all so friendly and always on time. Our accommodation was just perfect. We would highly recommend Emma!

Emma helped us book our family holiday to the Gold Coast and it was so easy! She was attentive, responsive and her attention to detail is amazing. When we had a query while we were away about extending our car hire, she was onto it. We stayed in an accommodation only 3 minutes walk to Pacific Fair. The activities we chose to do for the week were Movie World, Aqua Duck & Currumbin - all of which I’d highly recommend; our 4 year old especially loved them! Thanks Emma!
