I have just returned from a great holiday in Denmark and must thank Fiona for her professional approach to organising my trip. It is so important having such a caring travel consultant, verified by the following incident. We travelled from Copenhagen airport to Aalborg, and some of our team suggested the train. However, Fiona researched and discovered we would have to change trains, board a bus before our arrival. She found a direct bus from the airport to Aalborg and it arrived right outside our hotel. Fiona was amazing to deal with throughout the entire planning process. She organised all of our hotels and transport for every destination, and everything ran so smoothly. It was so nice to go on holiday knowing we didn't have to worry about a thing. Fiona was recommended to me by a recently retired travel agent because of her knowledge of Canada. From the very beginning I found Fiona friendly, helpful and responsive to our needs in planning a trip incorporating a cruise to Alaska, a visit with relatives and the Rocky Mountaineer Railway trip within a time frame. Fiona was so professional and efficient getting information to us quickly and offering options and suggestions along the way. All correspondence was clear and concise outlining the itinerary and costs and once everything was booked and paid for we had MTA app with everything uploaded at our fingertips. Finally, Fiona met with us face to face to make sure any questions or concerns we had were addressed. Our trip was fabulous and went without a hitch and we cannot thank Fiona enough for the wonderful memories she helped us create! I would have no hesitation recommending Fiona and will certainly seek her assistance with future travel .

Thanks so much Fiona for putting together our beautiful holiday to Hamilton Island then onto Port Douglas, in such a short amount of time, met up with you for a casual in the morning and you we had our itinerary that afternoon, everything ran so smoothly and our holiday was perfect.

Fiona organised a week on King Island for us. She made the experience so easy. The flights and car hire were booked, including our accommodation. The whole process was hassle free and so easy. We didn't speak on the phone it was all made via messenger, and all the details were sent to us via email. I would highly recommend you trust your travel with Fiona, you wont be disappointed.

Recently I traveled to the USA with a short turnaround for training. Working with Fiona at MTA made this possible at such short notice.
