I have just returned from a trip to arctic Norway organised by Heidi. The trip itself was an unbelievable experience as was the attention from Heidi at all stages. The preliminary organisation started about 10 months prior to travel. Her enthusiasm and welcome input continued throughout this time. Nothing was too much trouble and my numerous changes and requests were managed professionally, cheerfully, quickly and perfectly. All documentation was provided promptly and the MTA electronic itinerary was invaluable throughout the trip as a quick and reliable reference.
