Thank you for organising our recent holiday at Paradise Cove Resort, Yasawa Islands, Fiji. Then resort was amazing and all the travel was seamless. It was great to receive a message through the app to advise our seaplane return flight had changed a few days prior. We had other people on the same flight and they were totally unaware of the change until they were advised by hotel staff the day before departure. Joanna is professional, well organised and thorough with all aspects of travel plans. She researched and explained all our options thoroughly giving us peace of mind for our perfect, relaxing getaway. We are looking forward to planning our next holiday with Joanna.

Graham & I would like to thank Joanna for organising our amazing trip for my 60th birthday. We travelled to Malta, Santorini, Dubrovnik, Croatian 7 day cruise to Split & then onto Dubai before heading home. The detail to our trip was perfect, down to all the hotels plus all my birthday surprise including cake, chocolates & balloons. I would just like to say that all of Joanna's hard work for us and our trip to the USA definitely paid off for us. We travelled with our daughter and her husband and their 2 children. We had 8 nights in Anaheim, went to Disneyland and Universal Studios plus other bits and pieces. Then we went on to Las Vegas and stayed 4 nights. And then flew from Vegas to Honolulu for 4 days for some R & R before heading home. Joanna organised the flights for my husband and myself and all the transfers to and from hotels for us all. Everything went off without a hitch. And all arrangements were made for us very quickly. Thanks again Joanna. We will get in touch with you for our next holiday. After we stock the bank account back up.

Thought I should add a quick note on Joanna's great work on arranging my trip to the US last year. It a was a fairly big trip with 6 weeks covering NY to LA and included 20+ day group tour, a string of accommodation before and after, additional flights and included 2 islands in Hawaii with tours and yet more accommodation. Did I mention the Laps in a Shelby Mustang in Las Vegas? Joanna arranges it all- even a side trip to see a new band i had discovered a couple of weeks out. Once again Joanna makes everything easy, with her contacts, experience and skills. She picks areas in a city which will match your interest, budget and safety, or other particular requirements. The app they have is great as you get alerts and can check whats up nest and has your documents and a heap of details to contact accommodation and other provider along the way. It even allows you to message Joanna with any issues if they arise on the trip. Or you can just message her to say this is awesome.

Thankyou Joanna for looking after our travel arrangements. The resort Bali Dynasty was excellent. I will recommend it to family and friends. The service was lovely and the staff were exceptional. We had an amazing holiday and we would return to Bali again. Flights, transfers, accommodation were all excellent!!! Thankyou Joanna!!!

We experienced a wonderful time at Nora Beach house, Nora Head, during the last week of February . After a long journey from Perth it was a nice surprise to find fresh croissants, jam, chocolate etc. waiting for us, compliments of Joanna. The house is spacious with a warm homely feel to it. A good supply of books and board games ensured that we were never bored. The sea views are unforgettable and brightened up every morning. It is a short walk from the house to the beach with more spectacular views to enjoy. Our flights, car hire and accommodation all lived up to our expectations. Can't wait to arrange our next trip. Joanna recently arranged a trip to Iguazu Falls in Argentina for me, including accommodation,flights and transfers. The whole experience went without a hitch. Great hotels, very efficient and courteous transfer drivers and the flights were all on time. Joanna's recommendation of the place to stay in Buenos Aires and Iguazu were spot on. Joanna helped us pick the right accommodation for a recent trip to Cairns/North Queensland. We went with her suggestions and had a fantastic time.
