My family and I just completed a 3-week trip to Australia where we traveled with friends from Australia and the US. Jacqui arranged almost all our itinerary and did a great job. We were a semi-large group of experienced travelers who know what we like (and don't like!). Jacqui would never give up on any of our hair-brained ideas, and somehow she made them happen. Even when something went awry during the trip, Jacqui was on the spot and able to help us resolve any snafus in the itinerary. Beyond helping us nail down the itinerary, the best part of working with Jacqui is that she was truly invested in our trip -- she genuinely wanted us to have a great time doing things we love with people we love. I'll share just one example of Jacqui's investment in our trip beyond nailing down an itinerary. When we arrived at one of the hotels that Jacqui booked for us, the hotel upgraded our rooms and provided extra cash benefits beyond what was booked (e.g., additional breakfast vouchers, extra cash vouchers for the hotel bars, restaurants, and lounges, etc.). She wanted us to truly enjoy our trip and make it special for all of us. I think the greatest compliment we can give to Jacqui is that we would absolutely use her again. One last thing, we were so pleased with Jacqui's service that we invited her and her husband, Jason, to join us on a sunset cruise in Sydney Harbor. She is even more lovely in person. Don't think twice about working with Jacqui. You'll love her. I know we did.

Jacqui planned my first trip overseas. She went above and beyond to make sure I had the time of my life and I did. My mind was blown by the places I stayed in, they all knew her and at almost every place I was upgraded for no cost - helps to have connections like her!! She checked in on me throughout the trip and if I changed my mind or wanted to book something else she sorted it. Dear Jacqui We wish to compliment and thankyou for your amazing itinerary you organized for a small group of 4 persons , including 2 visitors from Vienna, Austria Firstly , the accommodation at Sails, Ayres Rock resort was outstanding , with a very large open space in the centre of the resort with large swimming pool and outdoor dining and bar surrounded by natural beauty of trees and plants. Secondly the 3 tuors you chose for us were well organized and delivered , each tour offering a different aspect of the surrounding environment. Jacqui helped me plan a much-needed holiday at a time where I had so much going on and didn't have the capacity to add self-care to the list. Jacqui took the brief, understood what I was after and pulled it all together. The hotels were charming, perfectly located and close to all the places I wanted to see in each location. The app was a helpful one-stop location for the itinerary, transfers and documentation. Jacqui was available in the time zones when I needed to clarify some things and just checking in. Jacqui was instrumental in our family planning trip to Japan. From the get go she was full of ideas and suggestions and gave us a lot to think about and choose from. When we were ready to book (flights and accomodation) she talked us through the options and made us comfortable with our decisions. As we drew closer to the departure date and while on the trip, she was in constant contact to check in and ensure everything was going to plan, and it did. It was for moments like this with my brother and family and obviously for seeing mum before she left us that I have Jacqui Cameron to thank for. She’s a independent travel agent, although I like to call her my ‘travel angel’, and without her it’s unlikely I would have attempted to get home and find the peace I now have. She gave me the confidence to go without the fear that it could take months to get back and guided me through the process to get approval to leave from our government. And it’s invaluable to have a insider search and book the best available flights for you and to use their contacts, versus booking online yourself. In my situation I wouldn’t advise doing this. Jacqui’s years in the business makes her a caring and trusty advocate, which was invaluable during this time as everything is hard to navigate and stories of constant cancelling etc puts you off and stresses you out. She said she’d get me home and she did. And she handled it all and took the stress away from me. She helps people who need to get back here from overseas and also people like me who want to go overseas to see sick or dying loved ones. At the moment she is focussing on ‘compelling or compassionate’ travel and I hope this post might help someone else and also support her when the travel industry is struggling. At a time when overseas travel can be an absolute nightmare, Jacqui was not only able to get our family of four overseas to be able to finally reunite with my mum, but she also kept in contact while there and got us safely back to Australia. Flight back with Singapore was pretty smooth - thanks so much for sorting everything and dealing with one of the stresses that I didn't have to!

Jacqui was absolutely amazing to deal with. In the height of the covid pandemic, she was able to get me a last minute flight back to Ireland and in the 3 months I was home she checked in on me constantly and kept me up to date with flights back to Australia. Even when a flight got cancelled, she had another one booked the next day and communicated with me on a daily basis until I landed back in Australia. Jacqui put my mind at ease and I would never have been able to return to Australia without her help.

Nineteen days and a lot of help from Jacqui and we now have our permission to leave Australia. The stress has been unbelievable, my husband is terminally ill and worrying about him and the specialist care he needs is enough to deal with at any time, never mind the worry we can’t get back to our families. So a big sigh of relief and huge huge thanks to Jacqui Cameron who for no personal gain have gone way over and above to help us. There really are some amazing people in this world.

'Having been caught up in the repatriation quagmire of returning to the UK with ongoing flight disruptions we were fortunate to be introduced to Jacqui. I was in a bind situation in need of urgent assistance and Jacqui took a lot of time to find a solution and gave me confidence that things would work out and they did! She followed through to make sure I was happy and kept me informed of the constant changes in Government rules and Airlines regulations, to allow a smooth and problem free return home. There is no other way to put it, but Jacqui really made the impossible happen and this is attributed to her being such a caring and well-connected professional. I highly recommend Jacqui.

I came across Jacqui on Facebook’s Stranded in Brisbane group page and made a note of her contact details. After having my original flights back to the U.K. cancelled twice I decided I’d had enough and would book with another airline. Contacted Jacqui to check some details and jumped at the chance when she offered to take the stress out of it. She did all the research, booked me a new flight and insisted on waiving her agents fees. Definitely went above and beyond for me - 5* service! Thank you so so much.

Jacqui is a wonder and a delight, she is a genuinely amazing person and travel agent that really goes beyond the call of duty to find you the best travel deal. I have previously used Jacqui on a trip from Sydney to London via Singapore Airlines with a 18 month old and pregnant, she ensured i had assistance throughout the whole journey taking the edge off of the nightmare flight with a toddler in tow. More recently and free of charge, Jacqui made sure she helped to reassure my parents after 2 of their flights had been cancelled from Sydney to London due to the Coronavirus chaos. She advised Dad to go to the airport and try to get another flight and kept us updated with any new flights. Dad got a refund and seat on a Qatar flight which were not showing as available online and ensured their safe travel to the Uk. She was always available to talk and empathised with the situation. Jacqui is nothing short of a miracle worker. She got me back to Australia from London at very short notice-I don’t want to get stuck in uk and just wanted to get back to my family. Not only did she work through the night to change my flight to the next day, she also booked my fave seats !!!
