PARIS DARLING
The city of Love and it really is. Think nutella and banana pancakes , Romantic walks through the Luxemboug Gardens, River Cruise down the Seine, and people watching through the streets of St. Germain .. This is what Paris is to me.
My 9 year old daughter Isobel had been learning french at school and was so keen to see the Eiffel Tower.
We took the Eurostar from London to Paris and travelling first class is reasonably priced. Its such a lovely way to go to Paris arriving straight to Gard Du Nord.
We stayed in an apartment which was great for families in the Bastille Quarter at the Citidines which just done the trick for us as we booked very late and it was Fashion Week so it did get extremely busy there and booked up.
Our favourite day was getting portraits done in Montemarte by the street artists who were amazing visiting Sacre Coeur and walking around the cobbled streets of Paris.
The Eiffel Tower lit up at night is spectacular !
