Our 10-day Bali holiday was an absolute dream, all thanks to our amazing travel agent, Justine! We booked a 4 week holiday with Justine around Europe which also included our engagement. Justine was amazing at making sure our holiday was as perfect as it could be. We enjoyed a fantastic, stress-free holiday in Europe thanks to Justine. I was initially a bit nervous as I hadn't been overseas for over 30 years. However, I quickly relaxed into our holiday as all the arrangements flowed along seamlessly. Interestingly, we travelled with another couple who had already booked the trip with a different travel agent and asked us along. We took the itinerary to Justine who worked her magic. We had better rooms & inclusions than our friends, she also booked more free transfers through Scenic and knew which tours would book out on the river cruise so booked them months prior to travel. We have used Justine on multiple occasions, and she always delivers. On this trip to Vietnam and Thailand, Justine managed to secure a room upgrade on a cruise boat to Ha Long Bay. The room was amazing and certainly added to the experience of the cruise itself. We also received an unexpected bottle of winer upon check in to another hotel, again greatly appreciated and totally unexpected. Of course, Justine cannot physically arrange these little extras but no doubt behind the scenes she has established relationships that assist in these things happening and she also must have an ability to ensure the hospitality businesses she chooses provides first class service. The trip itself was amazing, and the tours recommended were exactly what we were looking for on this trip. Everything went smoothly, as is always the case when you book with Justine. Justine provides a wonderfully efficient service. Her experience and knowledge is vast and as a result, all the bookings she organised with flights, accommodation, etc went so smoothly. We've booked and managed our overseas trips ourselves in the past, but now engaging Justine's services provides me with the peace of mind that nothing's been missed, she provides some great suggestions/recommendations, and she's usually able to access better pricing than I can, so her great service doesn't actually cost me anything! Bit of a no-brainer really!

I have recently returned from a trip to see my very ill son and his family in Sydney. I had attempted to book an AirBnb on line without success. Understandably I was I was very stressed and anxious. I contacted Justine and she coped well with my anxiety as she searched for a suitable accommodation and airfares. Justine spoke calmly as she searched and was able to detect my needs. Justine has looked after our large musical tour group superbly for the past two Europe tours organising flights and our accommodation. With some really specific needs and the composition of the group across a range of ages let alone all the musical gear we have to take, it poses quite different challenges. She readily takes this all on board in her scheduling and selections of accommodation which is both reassuring and has contributed to the success of both of these tours.

We planned a family holiday to Vietnam with Justine. The booking and planning process was smooth, transparent and efficient. Justine is a great communicator and her travel recommendations were spot on. Her best service came when one family member was too unwell to travel (at last minute). Justine took control, rearranged the tickets/bookings and had us on a flight the next day - all on a public holiday! Highly recommend.

Justine has been our travel agent for over 5 years now and has consistently done an excellent job. Like most people we book some of our own travel occasionally however when dealing with Justine you know any issue that might arise will be handled for you quickly and with a good outcome. As an example, at our recent holiday to the Maldives the resort made an error in relation to a transfer to another island. Justine quickly resolved the issue without us having to worry about doing so ourselves, which would have taken multiple phone calls and emails. In addition, there is no doubt that booking through Justine delivers better service from your accommodation. I assume this is because of the ability of MTA to refer multiple clients to the resorts and this increases the resort/ hotels willingness to go beyond the norm in terms of service- compared to when you book directly. I highly recommend Justine.

I definitely recommend Justine. I have used Justine's services for years now and wouldn't use anyone else. Of course, nowadays you can always book travel yourself, but I use Justine because she often knows some of the little details about the city you're staying at or the hotel that make what would be a good stay great. On occasions I have received a message from Justine during the trips just to check in and see that everything is progressing as planned.
