Fisherman's Wharf Victoria Canada

Fishermans Wharf is one of the top attractions in Victoria. You can walk along the pathway from the downtown waterfront area around the bay to the wharf. The walk is about 20 minutes. Fishermans Wharf is pretty much a floating Village of restaurants, snack style food stalls and some of the most colourful and cute floating houses to be seen.
Local Residents live in these vibrant floating houseboats all decorated to suit the owner and their personal character.
A great place to have a seafood buffet of different local produce and quick and easy on the go fish taco's etc.
There is also a resident Otter and Blind Seal that live in the wharf area. You can buy fish for them and feed them off the wharf. They are very cute and almost always hanging around with their heads out looking for someone to feed them. Here you can also hire canoes and boats to rent for the afternoon to further enjoy this local spot!
There is parking available however if you are staying in downtown the walk along the waterfront is a nicer way to do it.
This is such a beautiful spot to spend an afternoon.
