Denver Hot Spot

If you are just on your way through or having a few nights in Denver then the 16th Street Mall is the place to be when in Denver.
The street spans the length of downtown. There are restaurants, bars, cafes, souvenir shops, shopping and nightlife all here! There is a free bus which runs the length of the mall and you can hop on and off as you wish. If you take the free bus down to one end you will end up at the Capitol or if you take it to the other end of the Mall you will end up in the LoDo district - popular with local craft breweries and bars.

The 16th Street Mall is the main shopping / entertainment precinct in Denver. There is a shopping centre on the mall which has Lucky Strike bowling, Coyote Ugly, Cinemas, Forever 21, H& M and lots of local bars and places to eat. There is also the Hard Rock Cafe and also majority of the hotels in Denver are either on or around the 16th Street Mall precinct.
You will also find your other tourist popular stores such as Ross Dress for Less & TJ Max.

At nighttime all the fairy lights light up the streets it is just absoloutely beautiful. Such a beautiful place. In the winter time they have horse and carriage rides up and down the mall in the evenings. In December they also have a German themed Christmas Market which has all kinds of German Foods and other treats and goodies.

If you haven't been and never thought of Denver as a place you want to visit you should really give it a try i guarantee there is something for everyone and one of the most versatile and upcoming cities in the US.
