It was a phone call to Jo from my wife Saree that started the best adventure I have been on. It was always on my bucket list to visit Africa and Jo was hosting a small group tour in January 2023. So off we went with 3 other travellers for the best accommodation, game viewing and wine tasting how we managed so much in 14 days was down to Joanne's flawless organisation from the guides to the places we visited. I would highly recommend Jo for all your travel needs.

Jo has booked me on a few trips now and I have had a marvellous time on them all. BUT, my latest trip to Africa was on another level. My husband and I along with 3 other lovely travel companions had Jo guiding us all the way. Nothing was ever to much trouble for Jo going out of her way each and every day for us. Our accommodation was 5 stars plus. I have told Jo we were that spoilt on this trip I can’t imagine me going anywhere else other than on a guided tour with Jo. She is simply one amazing lady, travel agent and guide. We hit the jackpot with Jo. A big thank you to her.

Jo has been a friend for many years and my travel agent for more years than that, and an earlier testimonial of mine attests to the tireless work she puts in helping me plan trips all over the world and being there 24/7 if something happens and I need to change plans, but in January I took the first trip with her that she created and hosted, and it was a bucket list destination - Africa! The itinerary was amazing, the locations and properties we stayed in were superb and we had guides and people to smooth way everywhere we went. It was flawlessly executed, but it was more than that, it was an opportunity to travel with a small group with Jo as our host - and she is a phenomenal host - full of stories, fun loving and high energy. During our last dinner together, I haven’t laughed so much in a very long time. I couldn’t recommend these sorts or trips or Jo as a travel agent more highly and I have already signed up for another one in 2024 - destination Morocco!

I have now booked several trips through Jo and they've all been flawlessly booked and planned with her expert guidance. My latest trip to Fiji with my mother and two kids was wonderful. Jo booked us into the Warwick on the Coral Coast and we were given complimentary room upgrades. The extra space and ocean view balcony really made the stay all the better. I had an impeccable experience booking a flight from West Africa to Australia with Joanne McFadyen. I would highly recommend her services to anyone looking to book travel during Covid. Anyone traveling to/from Australia since March 2020 knows how difficult it can be navigating border closures, rule changes, and last minute flight cancellations. Joanne kept on top of all relevant rule changes and was quick to respond to these and to my questions over email, despite the big time zone difference. I was expecting this travel to be stressful but she made it such an easy process for me and I was always confident that she presented me with the best options. As a result I spent less money and significantly less time than I would have if I’d tried to book the ticket myself, and my complicated multi-leg journey went off without a hitch. Thank you again Jo!

We are traveling tomorrow to our last stop before heading home. Udaipur for 3 nights. Sunday afternoon we fly to Mumbai have 5 hours to fill in, then Singapore, then Sydney. I have loved this trip so so much. A wonderful experience , first class accommodation and a fantastic guide. And to my MTA Joanne Mcfadyen without you this trip would never have happen. I had a great trip to Vietnam and Cambodia. Joanne booked all aspects of the trip for me including flights and the trip with Intrepid. I arrived a day earlier and stayed 2 days longer at the end of the trip and she booked extra accommodation for me. Everything went very smoothly. Once again Jo has booked the perfect holiday for my boyfriend and I. A short but sweet getaway to Mudgee. A beautiful boutique hotel in the middle of town, walking distance from shops and restaurants, a wine tour that picked us up from our hotel and the perfect restaurant for dinner. Joanne organised a fabulous trip for me to the Cook Islands. I stayed on the beach in Ratatonga and went stayed in a villa in Atiutaki also right on the beach. Both were great places and very beautiful. Thank you Joanne for all your wonderful organising.

Another excellent holiday booked by Joanne. Cannot speak highly enough of the lovely lady. Booked cruise with Cunards for the ballroom dancing was excellent danced 3 times a day. Time spent in San Francisco was great due to the knowledge of Joanne and guidance. Thanks again Jo.

What a wonderful trip I had with Joanne's help. All flights and accommodation were spot on. The river cruise was wonderful, a substantial amount of food and wine was consumed and enjoyed. I have just returned from a wonderful 6 weeks in Europe. Joanne helped me plan this trip and booked everything for myself and 2 friends. We had 2 weeks in Morocco which was fascinating, then 1 week each in Sicily, Malta and Corsica which were all fabulous. I couldn't have done this trip without Joanne's help. I just got back from a trip to Turkey, Greece & Austria that Jo helped us to book. The level of expert advice and support we received was simply amazing. She has helped us find affordable but excellent travel options and was super helpful in dealing with the details and any issues like visas and required changes that came up. I'll definitely book my next holiday through Jo.

Joanne has an excellent eye for details. She has made our travel plans without a hiccup, unlike other travel places we have used. Joanne is quick efficient and always has great input that sometimes changes our plans for the better. She is well versed with airline prices and specials that are happening and can make the trip affordable, and can saved money or more important things. Will be using Joanne for a long time in the future.

This is the first time we've used a travel agent in years. Usually do it ourselves. Joanne booked return flights to Europe for a group of 4 of us, flights to Paris, returning out of Zurich via Singapore with a 3 night stop over. Joanne arranged accommodation via Singapore Airlines and a travel pass with heaps of activities for us to do whilst in Singapore. Will be definitely booking a trip with my cousin for our next trip. Joanne got us great prices on the airfares and the Singapore deals. She's tops.
