Jo arranged our recent Europe River Cruise and all flights, transfers and accommodations for us. She made it so easy and streamlined. Our entire holiday was perfect from start to finish. I would like to tell everyone about how Easy it was to email Jo, and give her all my details, for a trip back to the UK,I really wanted to travel with the Airline I used before, so that was a start, from the information I gave Jo, she put together some offers for me in detail. How easy it was. I chose the one that I liked and then the next minute I was all booked, I did send Jo many many questions, and she answered within a very short time. I know I was in good hands, not only a very old friend, she treated me like I was the only one that was traveling. We all read peoples experiences, and wonder if it was that good. I have recently returned from a dream trip of the UK and Europe and I can honestly say for a first timer travelling alone it could have been very daunting however Jo helped me plan every step and detail keeping my wants and wish list in mind at all times. Jo you did a wonderful job putting together my trip. The flight from Brisbane with Virgin had one hiccup my name, however all was sorted, Accommodation at Ibis Airport was extremely comfortable and convenient.Then the almighty trip with Qantas over ANTAECTICA was a dream, far more than I had expected We fkew over so many of the Arctic rsearch stations, circled Mount Erebus and over McMurdo, saw glaciers so large it was hard to comprehend. The only thing that was a little disappointing about out trip was our seats at the football We should have upgraded We practically sat on the roof We didnt expect great seats but had no idea of how difficult the walk ( climb) to out seats would be A good idea could be to advise people about this next year . Good to see you here Jo. I will never forget how you helped me plan my trip to Canada via Fiji. You know that Air NZ were doing a good deal and saved me a couple of thousand by using your suggestions. That left me enough for another side trip to Fiji later in the year which of course you also booked for me. I shall be contacting you for my Cambodia (plus one) trip as my next adventure. We did a Cosmos bus tour around Europe and Jo was the hostess with the mostest. Jo organised everything for us including extra time in London after the tour. We found Jo to be very professional in her approach but also friendly and extremely knowledgable with regard to the customs of the different countries. We will certainly be contacting Jo for our next big adventure.

Jo organised our family holiday to Hong Kong and everything went so well. From the flights, accommodation and tours, there were no problems.
