TAIWAN FAMIL
In October 2024, l was invited to attend a famil to Taiwan for a week.
The flight was with EVA Airlines from Brisbane to Taipei economy. The flight was a full service and very comfortable, l would fly with them again.
Arriving at 5.05am, the moment l got off the plane and even at that time, it felt like a scorcher.
Feeling a little jetlagged we were taken to the train station where we caught the fast train to Fo Guang Shan Monastery.
After lunch, which was very interesting we headed by coach to Taiwan Pineapple Museum.
I could tell this was going to be a full on trip.
The Pier 2 Art Centre was next and then finally we were able to check in to Hotel Dua kaohsiung, it was lovely and very modern.
Next day we visited the Ten Drum Cultural Village where they performed for us, it was wonderful. I even got to try the drums out for myself.

There is so much l could put on here regarding this famil as Taiwan was such an amazing Country.
There is so much to see and do plus the people were very nice and friendly.
All the hotels throughout this family were wonderful and so modern.
I especially loved the visit and stay at Sun Moon Lake absolutely gorgeous.
They do get earthquakes and we saw some of the devistation from a previous one.
I would definitely like to go back especially to Sun Moon Lake.
