Bespoke travel is more than a buzzword. When you and I plan your trip of a lifetime, your honeymoon, that much needed family holiday, time out for two, or a wild adventure to the world's unchartered corners, together we will plot your course – starting at the very beginning of your dream, culminating in memories of a lifetime.
Don't imagine for a moment that planning a trip is easy – you need to speak to someone who knows what to do, which suppliers to talk to, and who has established experience in the travel industry. I have that experience. Not only do I have experience, but I have a genuine desire to make your trip the very best it can be.
Imagine a travel consultant who will quietly sit with you in your home, or office, or over a coffee at a time that suits you, or talk on the phone, or skype for however long it takes. Who has access to the very same specials you see in the Sunday paper, and better still is able to speak directly to the suppliers of the trip you plan to take.
How can I promise this? The key I believe is to listen. It is then my job to take those thoughts, to research, To design a plan A, maybe even a plan B– until we have created, together, your very best experience. When you and I design your trip is it a work in progress until it is perfect.
My job doesn't stop then. This is a trip we have planned together so you can be assured that once you are on your way I am looking after you. My suppliers will know who you are, why you are important and any of your particular special needs - because I have communicated with them. They will be anticipating your arrival as one of my VIP clients. Should there be a hiccup (which we hope there never will be, but sometimes there is) I will be contactable 24 hours a day to adjust the plans and smooth the way. We will have discussed suitable insurance and planned just in case so that if a hiccup does happen we can handle it.
