My travel to Broome was exceptional. All the flights and accommodation were trouble free. Kirsty arranging of flights, transfers and advice were first class. All I needed to do in all cases was to show my drivers licence. Nobody wanted to see any tickets or invoices. I attributed that to Kirsty's expertise and the status that MTA has in the travel industry. Congratulations on a job well done Kirsty, and my heartfelt thanks.

This was our first overseas trip in 10 years and, being time-poor, we asked Kirsty at MTA Merimbula to put together a 6-week package covering accommodation, travel, transfers, and more. She did a magnificent job, taking all the hassle out of travelling—even down to the taxes, organizing tours and getting us some amazing accommodation throughout the trip. Kirsty professionally and calmly managed our recent trip to beautiful Lord Howe Island to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. From the first phone call she managed the travel logistics and multiple accommodation options so that we got to relax and celebrate without any stress. Kirsty also introduced us to the MTA App which was a brilliant tool that let us have all our itinerary and travel documents on our phones.
