We asked Katrina to create a memorable holiday for me (single dad) and my two teenage kids, to travel around the world, through America (LA, Grand Canyon, Vegas, SF, DC, NYC) and then onto the UK for a family orientated trip[ to see old friends, family and to spread their grandmas ashes. With a leisurely stopover for 2 days in Singapore on the way back to Australia, K fashioned the perfect trip with panache and superior travel knowledge. From securing a hotel room overlooking the World Trade Centre memorial to organising a suped up USA hire car and arranging for a brilliant mix of hotels, motels and fancy pads on a budget. Katrina has booked several holidays for me over the past few years. The latest being this December to Vietnam. I left all the arrangements to her. The flights, itinerary and insurance. All went according to plan. She's also booked my next trip to USA. I have full confidence in her, so I pretty well just leave it to her.

Once again Katrina Carachini has been excellent at her job in organising our beautiful Tasmania cruise. We will as in the past be using her skills for another cruise in December. We have still to meet Katrina face to face, but she always responds online or by phone immediately. Best wishes to her

Katrina as been my No. 1 person to go to whenever I need help with any travel arrangements. She is always cheerful, friendly, informative and I treat her as my friend. I have tested her on several occasions, eg. when I cannot print out my documents, when I have had to ring her at the last minute because I cannot find my flight documents on my I phone, and other times too embarrassing to mention. She has always solved my problems with grace and cheerfulness and not made me sound inefficient and silly.

Katrina has been my No. 1 person to go to whenever I need travel support, information, tickets and bookings. I have tested her on many occasions when I have been unable to either print out my tickets, cannot locate my email on the computer or I phone the day before I fly out and other help needed too embarrassing to mention. Further to my previous testimonial. What I like best personally, is the communication. Katrina will always be available within a reasonable time frame, and follow up with answers. An important service that most industries and businesses of today are lacking in.
