We've never used a Travel Expert before, but now we've had such a wonderful holiday - due to Kara - we won't go on holiday now without using her services. Kara seriously organised everything! She made excellent suggestions to make our trip MUCH more enjoyable. She organised great Travel Insurance, liaised with people from the destination for some fun experiences, booked extra nights accommodation, booked all our flights, organised ALL our documentation and SO much more. And the up to date communication she provided was outstanding. At the airport, WE got a message from her telling us our flight had been delayed AND departure changed gates BEFORE this was even put on the electronic boards at the airport!!! She is like your Travel Genie

I just had an amazing trip to Canada. Kara was an absolutely amazing in organising everything I needed. From the flights, any accommodation needed, pre flight covid testing, and travel insurance. She was a wealth of information and very helpful throughout the whole process and trip. Even with cancelled flights and getting covid mid trip, she was always there, ready and quick to respond and willing to help. Highly recommend and will definitely will be using her services again. What an amazing trip we just returned from! Kara organised our holiday to Japan, China and Hong Kong and it was just wonderful! Kara took all our ideas and requests and worked her magic into the best itinerary. Kara organised a wonderful trip for the two of us; everything planned and set out for us to follow. We gave her quite a task with our original ideas, and she put together a great first draft for us to work with. When we suggested some changes Kara had no problems adjusting the itinerary to suit us. As our holiday was a series of smaller tours tacked together, Kara had to work hard to fit all the pieces together. She did this efficiently and to our liking. The detail given to us about where and when we needed to be helped me out enormously when we were on the road, and as a result I never felt unsure about what to do. I was pleased with Kara's follow-up messages emailed during our travels, asking us if everything was going to plan. That was a nice touch, and was very Kara! Everything went to plan from Kara's itinerary which allowed us an enjoyable holiday.

We had an amazing trip to Melbourne for the Australian Open and it was all thanks to Kara. She was extremely helpful and her communication was excellent. Kara booked us a sports package that included all of our flights, transfers, accommodation and tickets to the tennis for 3 nights at a very affordable price. Kara's recommendation for accommodation was exactly what we were after and our whole holiday was seamless and very enjoyable. Thanks for helping us tick another experience off our list and we will be definitely booking our future holidays through Kara. much appreciated :)

Kara is a brilliant travel agent. She is always happy to help no matter what, makes sure the whole process is easy and simple. I have booked a few holidays with Kara now, I simply told her what we wanted to do and she worked it all out to suit us perfectly, gave us suggestions and recommendations for the places we were going and made sure it all ran smoothly for us. Hi Kara, Just wanted to touch base and thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping to plan and organise our holiday. You paid close attention to the brief of it needing to be cost effective and family friendly and provided myself and my son an experience we will remember forever. My son asked the staff at the resort if we could move in with his toys and our dog which is a good indicator of just how successful the trip was. Our holiday was completely stress free and you made sure I had everything I needed right at my fingertips. A must when travelling with a child under 3. We were going and not going for a while before finally booking our holiday with Kara and her friendliness and professionalism throughout our mind changing was commendable! We gave Kara a New Zealand north and south island "wish list" and a bit of a budget and she delivered. In 2 weeks we saw everything we'd asked for. There were 6 adults in our group and Kara organised the flights, accommodation and car hire. All we had to do was arrive and sightsee and eat!! Kara met with me before we left and went through all the paperwork thoroughly and organised the express post of paperwork to our Melbourne family.
