Our New Zealand trip to Queenstown for my Mum's 50th Birthday was absolutely amazing. Could not have done it without Kayla's help. All her tips and advice made the trip run smoothly. The whole family loved our holiday and I will most definitely be using Kayla for all future travels.

We had a great time in Singapore Kayla. You looked after us - sorry you were woken up 2am Australian time when our driver couldn’t see us and we certainly didn’t see anyone showing our name. All went well because after waiting for quite some time an airport taxi driver took us to our hotel. Which is when Kayla rang us telling us he was looking for us. We were on our way so she very efficiently let them know we were okay and in a taxi. Don’t know what happened but we got there and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. Everyone we met in Singapore were so helpful and the food and sights were great.

Thank you so much for helping me with our short cruise 3 nights Cairns to Brisbane. Kayla was amazing and was able to change the cabin we were originally assigned to a more suitable one. Will be definitely using Kayla again
