Lani's help and advice was amazing! There is no way we could have organised a 4 week European trip for my family without her help. She is prompt, helpful and very knowledgeable in the preparation stage and then was able to help troubleshoot a few issues that cropped up for us while we were away. I will definitely be working with her again in the future for other travel plans!

Lani did an excellent job arranging our staff conference in Sydney for our 14 employees. She made everything simple from providing suggested locations, booking the accommodation and flights and arrnaging team activities. Will definitely be working with her again in future.

Hi Lani, Thanks for organising our recent cruise along the east coast of Kyushu Island in Japan with a port in Busan Sth Korea. It was a culture we enjoyed with help wherever we needed it. All of our accomodation you placed us in was lovely. After an ever ending taxi ride to Asakusa we were central to everything. The location of the hotel was amazing . Lani was absolutely fantastic in organising our last-minute trip to Vietnam! She took care of everything quickly and effortlessly, making what could have been a fiddly process very easy. The guides she arranged were excellent, the experiences were wonderful, and the hotels lovely. Her attention to detail and recommendations meant we had a seamless and stress-free holiday. We have just arrived home from our fabulous holiday in Hawaii and then sailing home on a relaxing transpacific cruise, all organised by Lani. Lani arranged our flights, accommodation and cruise booking as well as our travel insurance, so all we really had to do was pack a suitcase and go. as usual with Lani, everything for my recent trip with my sons to New Zealand, went off without a hitch. Lani is a real gem and would not trust my travel arrangements with anybody else.

Lani has organised a perfect 3-week holiday for our family in Europe over the July school holidays. The whole trip from London to Frankfurt was meticulously planned with all the information and bookings well organised into booklets by destination! The accommodation and sightseeing were well booked and we did not have to worry about anything other than what we needed to pack for the trip. I love the work Lani does. Looks after you every step of the way. From my current trip away on a cruise she has been there just before covid hit and helped me out over the next 3 years rescheduling everything and putting in all the hard work. We have just returned from a two week holiday to LA, Vancouver & Whistler. Lani was key in making our dream holiday come to fruition, including being able to surprise our kids for Christmas with our itineraries. Lani was fantastic with researching any queries we had on specific hotels, and recommended some great ones with amazing bonuses too. Our flights were competitive, transfers helpful and accommodations amazing. Lani was patient with any changes we needed to make, and so amazing with any issues that came up in the planning phase. Our recent trip to Erakor Island Resort was amazing. The resort was small so not too crowded. Lots to do including snorkeling, stand up paddle boards, kayaks, volleyball and swimming. The staff knew you by name and where always there for a chat or assistance. Fraser and Leita were the main staff that assisted the guests with anything from booking tours and taxis to telling stories about the culture and traditions of the island. The feast night and fire show was amazing,as was the pizza and movie night. The food at the resort was expensive, but having the breakfast included lessened the cost. There was lots of supervision in the kids club for the younger kids, and although we didn't use this service as our boys are older, we saw the little ones having a blast!. We can highly recommend this resort.

Our girls trip to the Gold Coast went really well. The attention to detail in the planning made for a smooth and relaxing weekend. Looking forward to our next trip organised by Lani in November. Hopefully more next year!
