Dear Leanne, Having the cruise booked long in advance was very exciting, but then came the accident and the big query on whether or not Anne would be able to go - but working with you was such a pleasure as you were able to source a disabled stateroom - with plenty of room for the walker - And one near the elevators! that was such a blessing- We bombarded you with so many queries, but they were all timeously answered. It was, by far, the best holiday we have had, as we were also blessed with wonderful weather all the way, and there is nothing better than being together with family. The ship, the ports, the food, everything lived up to expectations and more. but it all started off with your excellent service - THANK YOU! Cannot wait to go again - will be in touch soon!

Value for money good would I go on it again ?maybe . I think all cruise ship should stop allowing passengers to touch food they save a bucket load of money on absolute waist .therefore you could get better quality food cause of less waist and 100 percent cleaner thanks Leanne for making our cruise hassle free

Leanne was absolutely fantastic in organising a group booking for us for our latest cruise. Leanne was very helpful & nothing was too much for her do. We celebrated my 50th Birthday onboard & was even surprised with a cake that had been organised by Leanne. I probably wouldn’t cruise with Carnival again, as unfortunately the food was very disappointing. Great time was had though with good friends & Leanne was able to book us in cabins all next to each other. We will definitely booked with Leanne again in the future. She is lovely lady
