Leanne has been me and my wife’s travel adviser for the last three years. Leanne always listens and creates a schedule of places to visit and activities awe’d like to see. The MTA travel app provides us with a comprehensive schedule to ensure know where we need to be at all times. As someone who has done little travelling before working with Leanne, the experiences that we’ve had has given us the travel bug to hopefully book more trips in the future. Her attention to detail and communication was excellent. Eg we had a member of our group not accompany us on a tour, Leanne messaged us to check-in a shortly after the tour commenced (she had received an alert from the tour company), to ensure we were ok. The accommodation she arranged for us was perfect for both the adults and adolescents in our group. The fast track through customs was also a massive plus. Leanne organised our recent trip to Spain and Portugal, and was professional, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. This was especially true when we had to return earlier than planned, and Leanne smoothed the way for us beautifully. The MTA app was extremely helpful in keeping track of bookings, flights and day to day activities. She is very engaging and we had lots of laughs along the way. We travelled with Leanne's organisation to the Philippines in July this year. It was absolutely incredible and her communication throughout the entire organisation of the trip was remarkable. She engaged the relevant people to make sure we were going to the best places and seeing the things that were of interest to us. The holiday was especially structured so we could do the things we wanted and see the things that she (based on our interests) thought that we would enjoy. Leanne organised for my husband and I a magical, much needed weekend away. We stayed at The Windsor Hotel, which was incredible. Leanne made things easy for us, as she always does and thought of all the little things. Hotel transfers, ideas for dining out. We recently travelled to Fiji on a trip organised by Leanne. We had the most amazing time. The hotel Leanne suggested was incredible. The staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful and the quality of all the hotels facilities was beyond our expectations. Leanne also organised our transfers and a day trip, both made travelling with very small children a breeze. We used Rosie Holidays and again, all the staff were very professional and helpful. We were sad to leave, but cannot wait to book our next trip with Leanne.
