Our trip to Vietnam, Cambodia & Thailand was so easy to organise with Lauren she did everything perfectly and we saw everything we wanted. We had such a good time everything was so organised. The tour guides and drivers were excellent, punctual, informative,accommodating and very punctual my husband and I were treated like a king and queen. We couldn’t have asked for a better time. From start to finish Lauren was absolutely amazing… keeping us informed every step of the way to the lead up to our Europe trip was fantastic… I picked certain places that was a must on my list to visit to suggestions from Lauren and within weeks we had our itinerary in place! Lauren assisted us to plan and book a retirement trip of a lifetime individually tailored for our wants and budget. She booked accommodation, local transport, car hire and flights for us. The accommodation booked was near the transport and local sights so there were never problems with us moving between the various locations. Lauren investigated other options for us in the planning phrase as we gave feedback and our circumstances changed. This included the use of local agents in the overseas locations, day tours, alternative locations and accommodation. Her responses were quick and informative. The included free Mobile Travel Agent App was fantastic, as it allowed us to keep on track where and when we were supposed to be during our trip. It also included documents we could show providers when required. Lauren contacted us during the trip a number of times to check-in. We would highly recommend Lauren and hope to use her again in the near future.

I set Lauren a holiday brief with a ridiculous amount of countries on a limited timeframe and even though on paper it looked like it would work - we didn't know until we actually did it. Not only did Lauren make it work, she made it seamless. From the hotels, timing of flights/trains and pick up and deliveries of us..... it made for a stress free magical holiday that we will never forget and Lauren's hard work and meticulous detail was at the centre of it. Even a minor hiccough that was an Emirates muck up - Lauren jumped in and took our call and got us back on track. She actually could have re-directed us to the emergency number provided especially given the time in Australia but uncomplainingly, she put herself out to help us in a moment of need. We will be forever grateful for finding Lauren and her expertise at planning our holiday that spanned 11 countries and three continents.

Lauren organised our travel to France and Ireland for my daughter and I. Lauren was with us from the time we started organising, to the time we got home from our trip. Nothing was a problem. I had purchased a 7 day package near Hoi An and asked If she could arrange a trip around the package to include HaLong Bay, Ho Chi Min and a few days on the Mekong. Generally I do my own research and organisation but decided to give Lauren a try. The result was a seamless holiday from transfers to tours. If you are looking at booking a holiday I would suggest to skip the internet booking sites and go straight to Lauren. We have just returned from an amazing 3 week family holiday to Vietnam, Cambodia and Singapore. Lauren listened to our requirements and delivered in spades! She booked all of our flights which was such a relief as it is hard work trying to manage flight connections. She also found us fabulous accommodation that was suitable for our family of 5. Lauren was able to book everything we required, and then set us up with an app that we used while travelling to access our itinerary and booking information. I also used the app while overseas to book extra tours from the comfort of my hotel bed! I am a bargain hunter and am always looking for the best deals and I found that Lauren was right on point with the pricing, plus there was the comfort in knowing that she was always there for us if we needed anything. Lauren has been a great help when booking 6 of us on a 4 week trip from Sydney to Vietnam in May of this year. She took all the worry and stress out of getting the best prices for air tickets and Travel Insurance (for over 65year olds). She was also the one I called when I had to shorten my trip after only 2 weeks and she managed to save me quite a bit on cancellation fees.
