Dear Liza, I wanted to take a moment to express our sincere gratitude for all your hard work in organising our recent family holiday. Everything was absolutely seamless, and it’s clear that you went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of. From the flights and connecting flights to the accommodations and tours, everything went off without a hitch, and we were able to relax and truly enjoy our time away. The accommodation you booked for us was perfect, and we were so impressed by the quality and convenience of the places we stayed. The tours were also incredibly well organized and made our trip extra special. I do have one small piece of constructive feedback regarding the Rabbies tour in Ireland. While the company itself was great, we did find that the practice of booking different hotels for different people in the same tour caused delays during pick-ups and drop-offs, making the logistics a bit tricky. It felt a little disjointed, but it didn’t detract too much from our overall experience. On the other hand, the Haggis tours in Scotland were absolutely brilliant! Everything ran smoothly, and we loved the way they organized the tours. We felt well taken care of from start to finish. Overall, we can’t thank you enough for all your help. Your professionalism and attention to detail truly made this holiday unforgettable. We’ll definitely be reaching out to you for future trips, and we’ve already recommended your services to friends and family! Thank you again for everything.

Our family of 6 went on a very special family holiday this year in mid-march. It was the first time my boys had travelled overseas so it was important we got it right.
