Lucinda recently arranged an extraordinary trip for us to Japan which included a 14-night Circle Japan Cruise, a short stay in Tokyo prior to embarkation, airport transfers and return flights. Lucinda handled our plans professionally and in a friendly and congenial manner, her communication skills were excellent and constant throughout the 12-month planning phase. When we were delayed during entry at the air terminal she was available via phone and kept us connected with the pre-organised transfer. Lucinda recommended a hotel in Asakusa which was an excellent location for our exploration of Tokyo, and not too far to travel to Shubuya and Ginza the new city centres. Thank you. Gary and Gae

Lucinda you have done it again. You know what we like and you make sure you have given all you knowledge and abilities. As you know we have always booked holidays through you. Congratulations my dear and THANK YOU Trip didn't start off very well but once we got on board we shrugged off the upsets and hassles that were experienced and just lived. Celebrity Edge is a really nice ship and compliments all the other Celebrity ships in their fleet,. Of course we had a good cabin in the middle of the ship. Still a long walk though either way but that was taken in our stride. I now wish I had never taken my walker as it just was so much of a hassle and gave me sore arms steering it. Regards Glens

Lucinda is an amazing travel agent. From day one she worked extremely hard to get a the best deals for our holiday. We have Never being overseas she made sure everything we need was covered and put in the app which we used a lot to double check on our flights and accommodation. While away if we needed her we would send her a message and she would reply promptly with answers to our questions. Without hesitation we will be contacting her to organise our next holiday.

We booked through Lucinda as we always have done since our first cruise since 2013. She covered everything for us and we did not have to worry about a thing. She is a great organiser and a very good friend. Went on an 8 day Carnival to Noumea, Mystery Island. We have had bad reviews of Carnival bu I went with an open mind and was quite surprised. Food was Fantastic in the Dining Room, but the buffet was much to be desired. Rooms were good, clean and comfortable. Being a family cruise line was true to its name - kids everywhere but at least they all were quiet at night. The adults pool was so small that not very many people could go into it at one time. The general pool was small as well which resulted in only the kids seem to be in it. We had a good position with our cabin - 3 doors down from the lift in the middle of the ship. Our Dining Waiters were very good and of course we got to know them as we requested the same table for the whole cruise. I wish I could have brought them home with me as part of our family. Katut and Menang and Carlos were absolutely great. I cried on our last dining night because of them.

The hubby and I have just returned from a Carnival 3 day cruise ably booked by Lucinda. Another seamless booking with great communication experienced from Lucinda throughout, from the initial booking until prior to boarding.
