We used Mark and his team for our trip to Australia a few months back. Everything from start to finish could not have been better. Right from the start the communication was great and all the components of our trip were perfectly orchestrated. All the hotel bookings lived up to the description, and the agenda flowed seamlessly. Best of all was the consistent communication during our stay where we received frequent " check-ins" to make sure everything was going as expected in real time. I think MTA was probably the friendliest and best agency we've used in a long time. I'm pretty good at planning our vacations but with their connections and knowledge, I could not have done a better job with this recent trip. I would definitely use them again!
