About Maria
After many years in the travel industry, and living in the fast lane, in 2008, my husband and I decided to make a lifestyle change and moved to Northern NSW. I wanted to continue working in travel so I joined MTA - Mobile Travel Agents. I joined MTA in November 2008 and was honoured to be accepted into the company, working with a network of professional and experienced consultants Australia wide. I still love what I do and have been fortunate enough to travel to some fascinating and exotic destinations around the world with long lasting memories.
Working from home gives me the flexibility I did not have whilst working in a busy retail environment which I did for over 20 years. I can now spend more time with my clients, to ensure their holiday will be relaxed, stress free and memorable. I can work after hours if needed, whilst enjoying some free time with my own family.
Providing personal and professional service to all my clients is paramount and I enjoy dealing with all aspects of travel. My passion is snow holidays. I have had the privilege of skiing all over the world, and love to share my experiences with anyone who has the same love of skiing or snowboarding. Every Australian Summer my husband and I are off in search of the ‘Perfect Powder Days'.
I have organised motor cycling holidays for groups travelling to Europe and USA and Asia and have escorted two groups to Italy over the past 6 years. I have travelled quite extensively through the South Pacific, Asia, Canada, USA, New Zealand and Europe. I lived in Italy with my parents for some time whilst enjoying time with my relatives and was totally absorbed in the Italian culture and their love of life. I have also been lucky enough to visit East Africa and parts of South America. Heli -Skiing in Alaska and skiing in South America have been some of my travel experience highlights.
