Nicole did an amazing job planning a big family trip to Fiji to celebrate a 70th birthday! She coordinated several families flying from different destinations with ease and made the whole experience an absolute pleasure. Thankyou Nicole for booking the cruise and arranging travel insurance for me and my friend. Tribute to the King Cruise on the Pacific Encounter was fabulous. I couldn't fault anything. The cabin, food, entertainment and service was excellent. The Elvis's and other artists were very entertaining. I believe the cruise was booked out. We lined up 45mins before the performance to get a good seat. They had to dance classes, the dance space is very tiny. It took us an hour to get through the queue to board the ship. Took no time to disembark . Had the best weather and smooth sailing the whole time. Thanks also for booking and I look forward to the Country cruise on Pacific Encounter in December.

Great support from Nicole while booking our long haul flights for 7 of us. As we were also flying with an infant, Nicole's help was greatly appreciated with the seating arrangements on all 4 long haul flights, sorting child meals, advice on what to bring on the flight for our baby - things I didn't and couldn't focus on worrying about coming into the trip. Her advice was amazing. Will be asking Nicole again for help for our flights in August.
