We asked Natasha to plan a trip for our 25th Wedding Anniversary, we had always wanted to go to Vietnam, just didn't know what we wanted to see or do. Natasha spent time with us working out what type of things we liked to do on a holiday and then created the most amazing itinerary for us, with a perfect mix of activities and free time. The hotels she chose were amazing, as were the guides we had in each city. The MTA app was great as everything we needed was on our phone. I would happily recommend Natasha to anyone looking for a bespoke holiday with a touch of luxury.

Our recent trip to NZ was amazing. We toured the South Island and Natasha arranged motel bookings, car hire and a beautiful half day trip on a steamboat at Queenstown. We were impressed with the MTA companion app and regularly referred to it. Natasha’s advice when planning this trip was extremely helpful and shows her dedication to the job.

We contacted Natasha this year to book a long awaited, post covid holiday, and could not be more impressed with her. With so many people traveling after the pandemic, bookings were not always easy to find, but Natasha went above and beyond to come up with several great options for us, and also gave us very up to date, current advice on which countries to consider traveling to. Natasha listened to all our needs and booked us a holiday that was exactly what we wanted, and suited our family to an absolute "T". She kept in contact with us all the way through the booking process and gave us a very thorough handover before we left. We loved the MTA app that had all our flight, hotel and activities, and found it just so helpful while we were travelling. The holiday was planned for 2020 however due to COVID it had to be postponed. I can’t describe how important it is to have a wonderful caring travel agent to take care and re-arrange plans when unexpected things happen. Natasha was brilliant in terms of getting me home from the UK during the COVID pandemic. She was able to get me flights within 10 days, and then managed to get them rebooked when I had to cancel them due to contracting COVID. Given the flight situation trying to get back into Australia at the moment, it was a mean feat getting me on a flight home, and managing to rebook when things went wrong. She replied quickly, and I always knew what was happening. Thanks very much Natasha!!

Hi Natasha, what an awesome weekend away in Sydney at the Four Season Hotel! A tremendous deal coming out of COVID and we took advantage of it all. The $150 credit helped us eat and drink at the lovely restaurant and breakfast set us up to roam the city after a room upgrade with late check-out. Thoroughly recommend for anyone wanting to escape for a night of indulgence. Thanks Tash.

Thank you Natasha for organising our trip to Bali. The Mandira Resort Legion Beach which you recommended was amazing. With four boys ranging from 6-15 it had everything we could want. Slides for the younger boys, located on the beach. Surfing for the older boys. Great resort and location. Everything was easy and the MTA travel App was great with all our travel docs on there. We thoroughly enjoyed our cruise on the Voyager of the Seas. The food, entertainment and staff were excellent and everyone was very friendly. Thank you for arranging everything for us and our friends.

I've traveled a lot over the years, but nothing prepared me for travelling to distant exotic lands with KIDS! That's where Natasha comes in. I told her where I wanted to go and what I absolutely had to see.
