Paula organized my trip on the Great Southern Rail from Brisbane to Adelaide, accommodation and sightseeing in Adelaide, flight home and ensured I had a wonderful holiday. Paula was friendly, efficient, answering my questions in a timely manner. My travel documents clearly stated my itinerary. I would like to thank Paula for a wonderful experience, and she will be my 'go to' travel agent for any future travel plans.

We had a cruise booked 5 years ago through another agent who like many left travel industry due to covid, We were able to rebook the cruise and Paula took over the booking even though there was no financial benefit to her. We were very grateful. It was a cruise from Canada to Japan and we wanted to add on additional travel either side. This is where Paula excelled. All accommodation, car hire, transfers and essential sightseeing was managed perfectly. Just before we left, Jasper was closed so Paula reorganised the whole itinerary without a hitch. We went to Southern Japan on Paula's recommendation and had a wonderful time in places we would never had thought to travel ourselves. Again all was organised including including a gentleman who met us at the cruise terminal and stayed with us until we boarded the 'Shinkansen'. Thank goodness we had him to guide us through the Tokyo main railway station. A great trip. Can't wait to organise our next adventure with Paula's help.

I would highly recommend Paula Cramsie as a travel agent. She went above and beyond for all our enquiries and needs. She always got back with answers and suggestions. It certainly took a lot of the stress out of travelling and enabled us to enjoy the experience.

We took our very rough overseas holiday plan to Paula Cramsie and, over a coffee, she suggested some ideas to enhance our plan and sent us home to think about them. Once we approved her suggestions Paula set about making all the bookings, whilst keeping us up to date with her progress. Before we were due to leave, Paula presented us with a very detailed, worry-free document of our itinerary. It is now 2 months since we arrived back home from our fabulous overseas trip and we are still talking about it. Paula Cramsie organised our Ponant Kimberley trip in April 2024. Her organisation was excellent and everything went without a hitch including flights transfers and accommodation.
