Hi Pauline, I was actually just about to send you some flowers to say thank you so much. We had such a blast! The pick up from the airport was so lovely and the hotel was a dream. The weather was lovely and it only rained badly 1 day but we were busy at a Thai cooking class so we didn’t even notice. We went island hopping and bike riding, swimming in the infinity pool, drinks by the bar, ate at fancy restaurants and walked up mountains. It was such a blast. The only one thing was that Jase ended up in hospital on the second last day, but lucky we bought the travel insurance through you so that was all covered. Pauline from MTA Travel organised our wonderful trip to Spain. From the moment we met Pauline we felt comfortable having her handling the logistics of our trip. We flew into Barcelona, flew to Granada, trained from Granada to Rhonda, Malaga, Seville and Madrid. Pauline is absolutely amazing! She has helped us plan a trip to USA with Alaskan cruise and most recently, a trip to Europe. On both occasions Pauline ensured we had the best possible trip, considering our budget (somehow manages to get things cheaper than online rates), time-frame and interests of family members. Pauline was awesome with helping us to plan an amazing trip to Japan. She listened to what we wanted to do, worked with our budget and found us some really great places to stay. I would highly recommend Pauline she supported me in planning a two week travel to the USA - I encountered some issues while on holiday and she was there to support me at all hours of the day and night and ensured that the needs of myself and my daughter were met. It is impossible to find this level of customer service and support when booking on line or with large franchised travel organisations. If you are looking for a customised service to meet your individual needs - then Pauline is your go to person.

I highly recommend Pauline to anyone planning a holiday. Pauline helped my husband and I to plan a 3 week holiday around the UK in August 2017. Pauline helped us to plan out the best places to stay in the UK. She recommended and booked some really lovely hotels that suited our needs perfectly. I checked the rates Pauline had quoted to us against the rates online and it was cheaper so she actually saved us money. It was so nice to not have to spend hours researching every hotel, as we fully trusted that Pauline would find a great place for us. We were not disappointed at all and had a wonderful holiday.
