I am very passionate about travel, and specialise in providing excellent customer service and customer satisfaction. I have over 20+ years experience in the Travel Industry, I have many happy, repeat clients.
I am based in Hervey Bay in QLD, but have clients that have booked with me, and continue to book with me, from all over Australia.
I have a bubbly 'can do' attitude, that reflects into the best holiday for you! I do leisure, luxury, adventure, expedition, all types of cruising and group bookings, including corporate travel arrangements. My favourite group booking was a wedding in Fiji, including the entire bridal party, and 50 friends and family to Treasure Island! I love selling dream holidays!
I've built my business with the focus on my clients, to always provide the best customer experience, and look after their bookings as if it were my own. My regular and loyal clients, are ‘impressed with my work' (their words not mine) so much so they often share my contacts onto their friends and family. I have spent over 20+ years working hard to understand the culture challenges and diverstiy in each destination around the world, and with that personal experience, I get to mould an itinerary to your personalty, tastes, and dreams. I love a challenge, so when guests come to me and want to visit a unique destination, or multiple destinations, I thrive on the challenge!
I specialise in Round the World itineraries, self-drive itineraries, fully customised and private itineraries, and of course cruising.
