Renee McLennan at MTA took care of our family flights from Darwin to Singapore to London. Seamless transit and fabulous seats. Not a beautiful time of the year to be visiting the UK. Cold, wet, miserable, however surprising my little brother for his 50th was just mind blowing. Secret till he saw us and emotional too. Spent 4 days in gorgeous accommodation in the Cotswolds. Family time is always a treat. Off to Belfast for a few days. Freezing, windy, cold and wet, however visited the Giants Causeway and the coast, gorgeous even in miserable weather. The hop on hop off bus is always a great way to start exploring, enjoyed. The Titanic experience was a great exhibition too. I ended up in hospital in Belfast, thank God Australia have a reciprocal agreement for health, didn't cost me anything. Got home to Alice Springs today. Good to be home.

I get confused with all the arranging, so Renee is always my first port of call. My recent trip to the Sunshine Coast went smoothly, although I sorted accommodation, she helped me with insurance, transfers and getting an e-bike as my transport for the week!

My travel arrangements were done with care and in plenty of time before my departure. All my flights and hotel bookings were trouble-free and my trip was a very happy one, thanks to Renee. I will be asking her to my next travel bookings, for sure. Thanks Renee!

Great trip! Thanks Renee for organising this for us, especially at the last minute. The transfers between plane, and accomodation was seamless and the accomodation organised was great. The tour in Borneo at the reserve and then in the jungle itself was outstanding, and we saw the most amazing wildlife (a great experience for our kids to see, and we will remember this forever). Thanks for your help organising the logistics, which would have been difficult if I tried to do it myself!

Thank you Renee for your expert advice and planning. Our trip to Cambodia and Vietnam was so well organized, the tours and flights were seamless, hotels spot on and overall a fantastic balance of tours, free time, tourist and off beat experiences.

Renee has managed two major travels experiences for us- 6 weeks travelling around Europe and 2.5 weeks travelling around Japan and Hong Kong. Renee was able to deliver on our brief for both experiences in terms of planning accommodation, travel and tour companies. Her experience both in places and coordination of all things travel is what we value in the service she provides and we travel with the confidence all is in place. All our accommodations have been close to transport or actual experiences making the most of the time we had overseas. The travel package was thorough, and the MTA app is a great way to coordinate travel, accommodations and tours-we used it all the time. Luckily, we haven't had to call on Renee due to emergencies or change of plans but we had the various contacts and paperwork in readiness if required.

We had a trip of a lifetime booked but halfway through my mum became unwell, Renee was very supportive and organised flights and accommodation so we could get back to Australia safely. Renee was in constant contact with us to ensure we were ok. We could not have coped without her tireless support and help. We cannot thank her enough.

Our trip Broome to Perth had to be cancelled due to illness, Renee was amazing, helpful and handled the situation with confidence, we would definatley book through Renee for our next travel, Huge thankyou to her.

I've recently returned from a family trip to Vietnam to celebrate a special birthday.......and what a special trip it was. Thanks, Renee, for all your assistance and suggestions for our trip. Our planned activities were both exciting and cultural experiences, transfers exceptionally well organised and guides knowledgeable and fun. From the serene waters cruising on Ha Long Bay to a motor bike tour and an amazing beachfront resort in Hoi An, it couldn't have been better (except if we stayed longer!) A surprise birthday cake and spa vouchers were a personal and much appreciated touch. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Renee to anyone planning a trip.

Hi. I've just returned from a 2 week holiday in New York. My entire trip was booked through Renee, and I can't thank her enough. I had a fantastic time. Nothing was to much trouble for her to accommodate my travel wishes. My flight home was cancelled out of Newark due to severe weather. There was very little help from the airline, other than you'll have to rebook! I messaged Renee to ask her what I had to do. Within minutes she'd looked up available flights home! Then to my surprise she called and advised me of the changes to get me home. Then all changes appeared in the app! For an older person who was travelling alone, and their first trip overseas in 30 years, Renee made it very easy for me! I can highly recommend Renee to look after anyone's travel needs. Very professional in the way she goes about making her clients happy. Also looks after them when things don't quite go to plan. Thankyou Renee for making my holiday a memorable one. An amazing family skiing holiday in Queenstown, NZ. Thanks Renee for a stress free trip. Renee booked flights, accom, car rental, 5 day NZSki super passes, ski equipment hire, Shotover jet and Gondola/luge. All we had to do was enjoy! Any changes, Renee was able to fix promptly to our needs. The accomodation at Highview Appartments was a 10min walk into Queenstown, good investment as limited parking lots of traffic in town. Rooms spacious with great views overlooking Lake Wakatipu and snow topped mountains. We were able to trade in our super passes for other activities and restaurants when not on the ski field. Very helpful when needed a break from skiing. Highlights - "The Helicopter Line" pilot's choice scenic adventure, Gondola, Shotover Jet, Coronet Peak, Thrill Zone escape room. Places to eat/drink - hot choc from Patagonia, The Bavarian, homemade mulled wine from Surreal Bar, Pog Mahones Irish pub, Winnies pizza. Return flights with Air NZ, excellent service.

HUGE thanks to Renee for arranging our recent holiday to Singapore. The whole trip was without any issues and we had a fantastic time away. My birthday dinner at the Cassia restaurant on Sentosa Island was absolutely amazing and a definite highlight for us. We would also definitely recommend both of the hotels where we stayed (Outpost Hotel on Sentosa Island and the Jen Orchardgateway in the city) - both were fantastic!! Thank you again!!

We had a great time away, with the highlight being Istanbul and Cappadoccia and the hot air balloons. Renee did a great job arranging all this and putting up with our many changes and we would and have recommended her service to others. Her selection of hotels was really good in the main with variation from the funky Munich Rosie hotel to the Wings Cappadoccia cave hotel. No stress about where to go or what parts were safe Renee was right on top of it for us. Because of floods we had 2 cancellation but accommodation was redirected & rearranged as per needed. Being my first solo overseas venture I was a bit confused about it all. Renee hooked me up with the MTA app which had everything I needed and notified me of changes when I couldnt hear foreign announcements in the airport. Everything went well and it was reassuring to know Renee was only a phonecall away. First time in Thailand and Ill definetly go back :)

Renee is simply brilliant at what she does! I returned home just over a week ago from an incredible, and quick, 10 day trip to Italy for a major sporting event. Renee only had 2 weeks to pull all the travel arrangements together for me and what she was able to deliver was nothing short of amazing! She secured great flights from and to Melbourne, the hotels she sourced were exceptional - very comfortable with friendly staff and close to key locations and attractions. The tours, including hop on hop off buses, booked for me in Milan and Rome were so good and such a great way to see and experience these cities. Her recommendations around the use of the fast train network to travel across Italy were spot on and to top it off the private transfer she booked to get me and my oversized luggage to Rome International Airport for the flight home was a much appreciated stress free way to end my express visit to Italy. Despite the very limited time Renee had to pull the travel arrangements together every aspect of the trip was perfect. Her professionalism, knowledge, advice and follow up before and during the trip, was key to my trip of a lifetime! I can't thank Renee enough for her incredible work! Still getting over the long day back.Have enjoyed my time away lots to see & do, but I think I enjoyed Magnetic Island cruise the best Adam the leader was informative ,re the history, visiting all the bays .Didn’t get to snorkel on the reef as it was too cloudy,but got to do a swim before having lunch.Visited Townsville gallery’s & city. The museum on the breakwater was worth it ,I spent one morning there talking about the coral & history of the arrival of the Pandora &. Shipwreck on the reef. Thanks for booking my trip Cheers Pat

We have just returned from 2 fantastic weeks in Cairns. Like most people, the last few years has been extremely stressful and health problems have compounded that challenge. Renee arranged absolutely everything for us, and our holiday was seamless and without any stress. From car parking to flights, accommodation and everything in between being arranged, our only task was to enjoy the sights and sounds of the beautiful city of Cairns. Renee is fast, effective and accurate. I would and have, recommended her services to everyone. I recently traveled to Turkey and Renee had all the current safety information and all the Covid 19 guidelines at her fingertips! No scrolling through smart traveler or various websites to work out what was ok and what wasn't. Renee knew it all. Two days before I was due to travel, I unexpectedly had to change my plans and Renee had new flights booked and my insurance re-dated to suit, within hours. Amazing! Renee organised our daughter’s Europe trip. Unfortunately our daughter become ill during her trip. Renee organised an amazing 4 week family holiday to the USA for us over Christmas and early January 2020. This included return international flights, 6 internal flights, accommodation, shuttle buses and numerous tours and tickets to sporting events and the theatre.The App made the trip a breeze. We had a minor hiccup with a cancelled tour at the Grand Canyon and she worked in the background to sort it out for us. I cannot recommend her highly enough. We just returned from our second OS holiday booked through Renee this year. The first to NZ and the second to Hawaii. Renee is always willing to go the extra mile to help make your holiday experience all it can be. We had a few hiccups with our trip ( flight delays and missed connecting flights and accommodation hiccups nothing that was Renee’s doing ) and Renee was always in the background working fix the issues that were out of her control. Thank you Renee for organising our flights to Amsterdam with Cathay Pacific. We travelled Economy class for all but 1 leg of the journey. The Economy seats are comfortable and the configuration of the seating: 3,3,3 enables more room and less disruption to other passengers when getting up and down from the seats. The flight attendants were very pleasant and gave excellent service, the meals were above average compared to other international airlines food. All flights left on time and arrived at destinations earlier than anticipated.

Brett & I have just returned from our trip of a lifetime, 5 days in LA, 5 in New York, 2 in Niagra Falls then a 19 day Canada & Alaska tour. I could not speak highly enough of the planning that Renee put into our trip. We are new to travel and she involved us in every step of the planning process. Our flights, motels, airport pick ups, activities, everything ran like clockwork. The extra notes and support that she included into our MTA app was unbelievable. Even down to our final appointment and the effort put into our travel wallets. I cannot speak highly enough of her professionalism and would not hesitate to recommend her to others. From my first visit with Renee to my return from South Africa I felt so comfortable. My flights were well scheduled and the accommodation and safaris Renee arranged were so great. Honeyguide Tented camp was a perfect experience for me. Lovely glamping style tents with your own ensuite, animals roaming close by good food and terrific guides who ensured our safari experience was memorable. I was fortunate enough to see all the big animals (and babies) at close range. My visit to Capetown was way beyond expectation. Capetown is a very cosmopolitan city with excellent food wine and shopping and amazing sights all within an hours drive. The region reminded me very much of Victoria. Food and accommodation were very cheap. My favourite restaurant was Madam Taitou in Long Street Capetown. Ethiopian cuisine and my visit to Stellenbosch wine region will have me enjoying South African wine for some time. Thankyou Renee for all your help.

Great experience. First time in Asia. Very humbling at times. Tunnels, War Museum, Halong bay & more

We certainly had an adventure, in eleven days we were on 8 buses, 4 planes, three taxis, one cruise ship, one glass bottom boat, 1 train and 2 trams. Was great to experience Long reach, our accommodation was great very different to normal accommodation. Our cruise went well, loved Moreton Island, especially feeding the dolphins, entertainment on the island was fantastic, 5 guys who were great entertainers. All in all, a great 11 days away, we were worried at first with the floods, had to get off the train at Emerald, then bus to Barcaldine, the QR put us up in a motel,roads were flooded, then were cleared the next morning. So we continued our journey to Longreach in the bus.

The Bay of Fires was everything and more than I expected. Tasmania's East Coast is well worth a visit.

Renee was organized and sorted all our fights to and from India, as well as our travel insurance. She chased us up whenever we forgot to send something through & was easily contactable, I know she assisted our fellow travelers with both accommodation and new flights when their flight was cancelled.

We have just returned from an awesome holiday arranged by Renee McLennan from MTA Travel. Awesome trip to Fiji! Renee did a fantastic job planning organising our recent Fiji holiday. Renee came to our house, she was open, honest and she planned our trip for us.
