Robin

Robin was recommended to us be our previous travel agent who retired. my husband suffers with Alzheimer's and can only walk short distances. it was our farewell trip to Fiji and i have to admit i was highly anxious about it. Thanks to Robin who spent many a day changing and rearranging travel and hotels to make sure it would fit in with my husband's needs .I cannot thank Robin enough for her efficiency but most of all her kindness and empathy. She followed up every concern of mine eg use of our own wheelchair etc. and even rang the hotel the first night to make sure all was ok. I cannot THANK her enough for the kindness and care. our holiday was stress free and most enjoyable .

My family & I have had the pleasure of engaging Robins help with our holidays for the past 5 years and we honestly cannot recommend Robin highly enough. 2015 we enjoyed a 5 week UK & Europe adventure, 2017 was 4 weeks in Hawaii & mainland USA, 2018 back to England & Scotland for 3 weeks & 2019 was 2 weeks in Phuket. January 2020 our son travelled to Alberta Canada for a work/travel gap year which unfortunately was cut short due to Covid19. Robin went above & beyond to get our son & 2 mates back to Australia as quickly & safely as possible. Our 2020 trip was going to be to Canada to visit our son but sadly it wasn't to be, but when the time is right we'll get there! Robin has a great wealth of knowledge regarding hotels, must see locations, airlines & just about everything travel - she is simply amazing. We would have no hesitation in recommending Robin to our family & friends for any of their future holidays.
