My particular area of expertise is group travel, cruising, leisure travel and small to mid-sized corporate travel.
With over 20 years' experience, I am honoured to be an MTA Travel Expert, as only 3% of applicants are accepted as a representative of the company.
TRAINING AND TRAVEL KNOWLEDGE
In 1992 I won the Hales College Dux Award in the Diploma of Travel and Tourism course. In 2009 while raising 3 daughters on my own, and after 6 years of study, I gained a Bachelor of Business and Commerce degree from Monash University.
I am currently in the process of completing the MTA Professional Plus Training Program. This ground-breaking in-house online accreditation program demonstrates a commitment to travel industry professionalism & master-class product knowledge.

CONSULTING EXPERIENCE
My career in travel began in my early 20's - being promoted in my first year to Senior Consultant at Flight Centre South Yarra, followed by Flight Centre Cairns and then Lt Bourke St Melbourne. I was then approached to set up and manage a new store at Harvey World Travel Greensborough, becoming one of the top 10 stores after only a few months of operation.
For 2 years I ran my own award-winning travel business Grand World Tours which was incredibly rewarding and enabled me to meet so many wonderful customers from Warragul, Drouin and wider Gippsland.
In 2014 I joined the amazing team at MTA Travel, and am now based on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland. Servicing clients from all over Australia including Victoria, Cairns, Sydney, Mackay, Adelaide, Perth and overseas customers in the USA & UK, all holidays are planned with precision either in person or by email, phone, and text.
TRAVEL EXPERIENCE
Over the years, I have been fortunate to travel to so many amazing places including the East Coast of Australia, Europe, UK, Fiji, Tonga, New Zealand, USA, Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong, and Bali, with some of my travel highlights being:
• Eating in a cliff-top Greek taverna with friends, while watching the sunset at Santorini
• Climbing mountains on the Milford Track walk in New Zealand – truly spectacular!
• Parasailing in the Whitsundays
• Kissing the Blarney Stone (upside down!) in Ireland – now I have the gift of eloquence!
• Seeing the sacred red prawns of Vatulele Island Fiji
• Being serenaded in a gondola in Venice
