Organising a five week European holiday over Christmas 2024 with Sarah was smooth, professional and well organised. She was in regular contact with me and nothing was a bother especially when I needed to change some parts of the holiday plan. She provided suggestions along the way which were invaluable and she was open to feedback when I returned. Her personal and highly professional service were of the highest quality and I will definately use her services again in the future.

From the moment we started planning our trip Sarah was terrific. It was so great she was able to sit at our dining room table in piece and privacy to lay our plans out, and to have a good laugh as well. It was so good to have a personal agent like Sarah who we could contact anytime when we needed to, like when we missed our flight. What can I write about Sarah Day without going on and on? Sarah you are a brilliant Travel Agent and so easy to communicate with and you will be planning many more trips for me. One example how Sarah came to our rescue in Europe……missed the plane and her expertise in travel had us on another plane and taxi a few hours later. Thankyou Sarah as we would have been a headache for you……two old girls to deal with?

Our adventure to Japan was amazing, and was made extremely easy for us because of the brilliant organizational skills of our MTA travel agent, Sarah. We could not fault our itinerary. Sarah had arranged everything to a tee. Nothing appeared to be too much trouble for her, and she was an absolute delight to work with. I love MTA. We live in country NSW and travelling to a bigger centre to see a travel agent does not always suit us. Our MTA agent Sarah Day is always happy to come to us for our very own consultation with no background noise or interruptions that are usually found in a travel agency. Sarah has ensured that we have had some amazing holidays. She has great ideas. Listens to out wants and needs and then makes it happen. So easy.

Sarah helped me arrange my first trip to America with my 21 year old Son. Sarah put careful thought to our trip, recommending tours and sights to visit that we would have not thought of ourselves, and arranging last minute tickets to sporting games. Sarah was absolutely amazing with my trip. Our group of 3 went on a Europe trip when we finished school and the idea of organising everything was quite daunting. I was and still am amazed at how much care and planning went into the trip, when we said we wanted to have some key locations to visit but also to keep it flexible which to me seemed impossible to get right, Sarah nailed it! We had the best time overseas and it was so easy, all the important dates/times/transport options and Key contact information was given to us in a folder, which made it so easy to navigate what we needed to do, also everything was uploaded to a phone app which helps when you misplace the folder as I did! I would recommend Sarah to everyone and anyone wanting to travel, you will not find a more caring and professional travel agent in my opinion.

Both my daughter and myself and a fantastic holiday travelling to Dubai, Europe and London. It was all short notice for Sarah to put together a six week overseas venture including having to link separate Trafalgar and Topdeck tours to coincide both departure and end dates. I basically indicated what we wanted in the holiday and Sarah planned EVERYTHING down to a tee and the entire itinerary went like clockwork. Sarah was available at all times during our holiday to clarify any issues we had. Sarah is very experienced in her job and nothing was ever a problem. I would thoroughly recommend Sarah for any trip that you may want to book with the advantage being that Sarah is local and communication both via emails, phone calls and discussing the whole itinerary face to face prior to our departure was exceptional. We had a fantastic skiing holiday in Furano, Japan. The flights, transfers and accommodation were impeccably organised by Sarah, everything went as planned! Jim and I had the best holiday ever in the Top End. We wanted to do something a little different than the usual tours, and Sarah didn't disappoint. Our Wild Bush Luxury Experience near Kakadu was sensational. Sarah does all of the hard work and he attention to detail is extraordinary. Even though we had to make many changes to our flights for family reasons and COVID, Sarah took care of everything with a smile.

My family and I had the most amazing trip to Tasmania. Sarah planned everything to perfection, including the Josef Chromey wine tour and lunch, including wine tastings. Every day had just the right amount of travel time in our little Mitsubishi Outlander that had just the right amount of luggage space including purchases. I can Highly Recommend Sarah Day.

Our holiday was superbly organised by Sarah. Apart from being very personable, she delivered extremely high quality customer service and an excellent itinerary. She was spot on with everything. Sarah booked our camper van holiday to the Northern Territory recently. She made the entire process easy and she was just so helpful and lovely. This was my first time travelling and Sarah was just wonderful explaining everything to me and answering my million and one questions!! Am so impressed we have now booked our cruise for the end of the year with her as well.

When my friend and I started looking into a trip to the Kimberley"s I thought at my age this is too hard to work out the options, with 3 connecting flights to the starting point with time before and after to have with my grandaughter. My recent Rotary Friendship Exchange to Sicily was an absolute breeze, thanks to Sarah's meticulous planning. She arranged all tickets/vouchers to provide adequate time to join connecting flights and included a delightful and inexpensive train journey from from Heidelberg to Milan. Sarah certainly outdid herself organising my trip to the UK and around Europe! Helping book plane tickets, a transfer from the airport to my accommodation (upon arrival and return), and giving advice about all the extras that would have tripped me up - money conversion rates, overseas SIM cards, and travel cards - all the while, suggesting places I should go and see while I'm away! Sarah gave me a clear and concise itinerary, and went through everything with me so I didn't have to stress about not knowing where I was going! I also downloaded the MTA app onto my phone, so I could contact Sarah while I was away, and through the app, knew about gate changes for my flights well in advance, which saves time and hassle. Sarah is very knowledgeable and friendly, and with her previous personal travel experience, helped make my trip stress-free! I recently flew from Australia to England for a wedding, and combined with a sightseeing period, the whole trip was a 3-week holiday.
