I have just returned from spending three weeks in Italy Sicily and Ireland, where by, Sam Slattery was my MTA point of contact at the recommendation of another MTA agent. My trip to Europe was a bit of on-the-fly scenario for her in regard to the information that I had at the . I was impressed on how she coordinated my limited information into something that was productive and meaningful at the end, a great trip away. For me personally, I learnt a lesson in regard to creating a better timeline to work through with the MTA agent to achieve what I needed, that is having a transfer from the airport to my Hotel etc., I failed to coordinate that with Sam and that was for me a lesson learnt. I plan to visit Italy and Sicily again in 2025 and will speak to Sam a lot earlier on what I wish to do. Sam is a highly skilled & professional travel agent. She listened to what we wanted from our holiday to New Zealand and surpassed our expectations. We had to delay our holiday for two weeks and Sam reorganised the entire holiday communicating with us every step of the way making a difficult time as stress free for us as possible. Samantha planned a fantastic trip for Michael and I on the Ghan from Adelaide to Darwin. She also organised excursions to Litchfield National park, Jumping Crocodiles boat trip down the Adelaide river, and a Sunset River dinner cruise on the Charles Darwin boat. Our accommodation at the Oaks Elan hotel was very central and comfortable and close to pickups for our day trips. Our air flights home went without a hitch. We are very grateful to Samantha for our fantastic holiday.
