I could not recommend Sally enough. Sally arranged myself and a friend a trip in September 2024. From time in Dubai to Croatia , London and started a 27 day tour around Europe 13 countries . Finishing in Amsterdam . Then onto a cruise around the Greek islands starting in Rome. Sally arranged all the flights, accommodation which was all nice accommodation i must say. We were away 47 days in total. we didn't have to worry about anything . While over there i contacted Sally a couple of times for information and she arranged that also for us from Australia. so worth engaging her to book our holiday of a life time. Thank you very much Sally.

We asked Sally for her recommendations for a Darwin - Broome Kimberley Cruise (there seems to be so many companies). She suggested Coral Adventures and it was hands down the best company to travel with. Sallys expertise and knowledge of the travel industry is second-to-none and she also organised our flights, car hire and accommodation pre and post cruise. Nothing was too much trouble for her - despite my thousand questions! Our holiday was amazing, and I thoroughly recommend Sally for your next bucket list holiday!!

Sally was fantastic from start to finish. I was battling to find suitable accommodation in Japan, as the room configuration and size of beds is different to the sizing in Australia. She contacted the hotel for us and organised the correct configuration. Sally suggested which hotels to stay in - both in Tokyo and Okinawa. She gave us a few options to choose from, along with suggestions of the sight seeing in the vicinity of the hotels, which made our choice so much easier. Our trip was made so much easier thanks to Sally. She did everything for us. From booking the flights, car hire and accommodation. Thank you Sally!!

I travelled to Canada 6 years ago and Sally worked through an itinerary with me providing valuable advice on what the best options in the regions were for the time I needed to travel. I had one of the best travel experiences in my life making lasting memories. All accommodation and activities booked and planned all I needed to do was drive between each item on the itinerary (my choice to self-drive). fast forward to getting married and needing to book a honeymoon destination I reached out to Sally and she didn't faulter in helping us choose the best honeymoon destination that met our expectations and travel schedule at short notice. We had a stunning honeymoon in a relaxing destination - Fiji. There was nothing about the trip that disappointed us. My wife and I recently travelled around Scotland with the wonderful assistance provided by Sally Stein.I originally had an idea just to hire a car and travel around, but after sitting down and chatting with Sally, I realised that I was by no means a travel expert.She asked us what it was we wanted to see in Scotland and gave us first hand knowledge of her experiences of where to go, what to do, and the best way to get there. I had made a list of the 'must sees' of Scotland which she took, and then added in a few other hidden gems, to create an itinerary that suited us.The trip included my original plan to self drive but also involved travel by train, ferry, day tours and pre booked accommodation. Many thanks to Sally for organising our trip to Scotland and London. She offered her wealth of knowledge to provide my wife and I with the trip of our lifetime. She asked us what it was we wanted to see and also offered some of her suggestions, to give us the best all round experience. She kept us informed of any changes all the way through the planning stage and delivered us a lovely itinerary all wrapped up in an easy to follow format. It was a fantastic blend of self driving, train travel, ferry rides and day tours. The only disappointing thing about our trip, was having to return back to work at the end of it. Wow what an amazing wedding and holiday we all had. The flights all went amazing, a few seating changes but otherwise smooth. The wheelchair in Denpasar was fabulous with the guide taking all of us through all the checkpoints to our transport. A great service. (Melbourne airport could learn from them). The kids were great and coped well with all the travel, airports, planes and our 19 seater bus in Bali. They were pretty good all round John and I have a wonderful few days on our own after the kids flew back. No travel sickness, no bali belly and no sunburn. Jackson was terrific meeting every challenge, crutches, uneven paths, steps, and swam and snorkled. Thank for your time and effort in helping the holiday happen and for your ability to distress this anxious mother.

I can highly recommend the Eagles Nest tour, the views were spectacular and nothing like at home. Sally is an absolute dream travel agent (for local or abroad!), I can't recommend her highly enough! She booked me tours around the NT and negotiated with the tour company on my behalf. She's also booked me flights overseas. She researches, plans and does all the hard work for you! All you have to do is pack!

Thanks for meeting me at the airport the morning of my new arrangements was great. Tours of Orkney Islands, Croatia and Bosnia all went ok with the normal adventure experiences such as tiny rooms occurred.

Absolutely loved my recent trip to WA featuring a journey from Sydney to Perth on the Indian Pacific train. Sally customised a package including the rail experience and accommodation and touring around Perth. With some days set aside to take things at a slower pace, I was able to make the most of all adventures and found lots to see and do in the vicinity of the hotel. Sally organised my trip to Cook Islands. I am elderly and travelled alone. Sally arranged everything down to the last detail. My holiday was excellent. Cook Island locals are very friendly, lay-back people, who although are not wealthy, they enjoy life, welcoming visitors with open arms. Pace is slow over there. Way of life is so different to ours and we could learn a lot from their political system and loyalty to their family and their country. I recommend this destination to those wanting to switch off from a hectic lifestyle. I suggest you leave your mobile phones at home!

Hello Sally, We had a very interesting and enjoyable coach tour with Cardwell’s and would recommend this tour very highly. We visited all the places as advertised plus a few more and found the Great Ocean Road to be spectacular. The weather was just perfect, the accommodation excellent and the breakfasts and dinners very good. Our coach driver, Noel, was most informative, very careful and considerate – there were only 13 passengers so we were well looked after! We both feel much more knowledgeable about the shipwrecked coast and a highlight was the Flagstaff Maritime Museum and the sound and Light Show – it was amazing. The National Wool Museum at Geelong was of very high standard and also interesting. I will endeavour to see you on Wednesday, there will be 128 lady golfers playing in the Howlong Open Day, so hopefully you will get some business from that. Sally is one of the best, most dedicated Travel Agents we have ever come across. We have traveled on a few holidays, domestic and international, booked through Sally now and cannot fault one. Accommodations have been booked, which have been very comfortable; close to sights and attractions; and close to transport options. Having a few medical issues, Sally was able to provide us with the right Travel Insurance... just in case anything was needed, and thankfully it wasn't !. Sally's knowledge of places has made planning a breeze; value for money; and even suggesting a few additional things to see and do along the way. Sally made our trip to Vietnam an adventure to remember! She made the whole process so easy for us from the travel plans, flights, visas, tours to the hotels and personal interest experiences. We have mobility issues and this was catered for us too. We fell in love with Hoi An...the people, the place, the history, the experiences and of course the food! Sally planned an itinerary WITH us not just FOR us. Sally recommended the Red Bridge Cooking School for us and we would highly recommend this for any foodies. Our favourite restaurant was 'Morning Glory' for real Vietnamese cuisine closely followed by 'Cargo' for decadent French inspired desserts. We also loved the 'My Son - Holy Land' site - a must for history buffs. Our absolute highlight was strolling through Old Town by day and then watching it truly come alive at night - travellers come from all over to see the lanterns of Old Town which are breath taking...and you can buy a few to take home as a souvenir. Sally also told us about the talented tailors of Hoi An - we would recommend Yaly in Old Town for quality and value for money. We are so grateful to Sally for giving us memories to last a lifetime and we can't wait to have Sally plan our next adventure.
