I have been in the travel industry for many years and travelled to many parts of the globe, from the USA, UK, parts of Europe and Asia and of course Australia. The most memorable trip was when I took my mother back to her homeland Ukraine after a separation from her family for over 50 years, the experience was highly emotional but so exciting and rewarding at the same time. The other moment when travelling with my family back to my husbands routes in Greece, then finishing off our holiday with a trip to Turkey and visiting Anzac Cove in Gallipoli. Customer service and care and attention to my clients is paramount to me. I enjoy listening to my clients tell of their travel dreams and then I start researching the destinations to tailor-make a travel experience unique to them, and being there every step of the way. Whether it is to relax on a beautiful white sandy beach, the hustle and bustle of big cities, adventure or wildlife experiences the world is theirs to discover.
Previous experience
Worked in various Independent Retail Travel Agencies, Tick-It Travel, The Travel Professionals. Then onto Jetset Holidays Wholesale arm. Envisage Tours (independent seniors touring programme) in itinerary and tour planning. Last 8 years with my own home-based business.
