Wendy Allen is my travel agent and she is really good at her job. I employ Wendy so I don’t need to worry, she does the worrying for me. I do my own research however she quite often comes up with an alternative I hadn’t considered at a cheaper price. One car hire in the UK she saved me over $1,000 by being part of a buying group. Just returned from South America and the package she created, met my brief, and it worked at every stage. Wholeheartedly recommend Wendy and I will be using her for my future bookings.

It was great having Wendy book my flights from Sydney to London return and then onward to Auckland. I knew by using Wendy I would be able to tap into her expertise to not only get the best deal for me for my flights but to also book my flights so I wasn't nervous about making mistakes. The hotels were right in the middle of where we wanted to explore, so it made seeing the sights and shopping a lot easier. Your suggestion of having the extra night in Banff so we could have the opportunity to do the day tour to the Canadian Icefields was a brilliant idea, as it was truly an eye opener and not something to be missed. We were very happy with the group you chose to assist which was INSIDE JAPAN TOURS they were extremely efficient and their attention to detail was brilliant ,starting by asking us to elaborate on what we wanted to see and do. As there was four of us in the group two sisters and two brother in-laws, we all were able to have input. We settled on a list of things we wished to see and do, which included seeing the Tsukiji Fish market, Sumo wrestling, visiting the Toyota factory, and quite an unusual request to visit the site of a WW2 prison camp where the girls father was imprisoned as a POW for three years. As well as other things such as making sure we stayed in Japanese hotels so as to get exposed to as much Japanese culture and cuisine as possible. Our itinerary couldn’t have been better, extremely well organised and included all our requests. They even organised the group that run the Peace Park Memorial museum at the site of the prison camp to be there to welcome us which was especially touching. All in all, we had a thoroughly enjoyable three weeks in a fascinating country thanks to you Wendy. Cheers Harley

The Cosmos tour of Ireland was excellent- wonderful friendly tour leader with exceptional knowledge, nothing was a trouble for her .Always smiling or laughing, made us all feel comfortable The driver was very friendly and received much applause when he managed to get through some very tight spaces between ongoing traffic. Wonderful driving skills. I can highly recommend this tour- had a great time and met many nice people. Thanks Wendy for your recommendation and arrangements

Hawaii was awesome, best and shortest 10 days ever!! Spent 1 & 1/2 days on the USS Missouri, did a 1 hour tour with Blue Hawaiian helicopters and definitely recommend a sunset cruise with Holokai Catamaran! Thanks again Wendy - check-in at the Royal National, Russell Square, was quick and easy thanks to your efficient booking! It's a huge and busy hotel, but the rooms are quiet, clean, and all you could want. It's a great location, just down the road from lovely Russell Square and the British Museum, and the tube station is just around the corner. You're always full of good ideas, Wendy. The Oyster card is great - saves lining up for tube tickets; the Brit Rail pass is also convenient, no lining up at ticket booths. I love using the tube to get around London. I love the rush and bustle, and Russell Square is on the Piccadilly Line, probably the busiest line of all. The carriages are always jammed with people, and just when you think not another person can possibly fit in the carriage, someone else always jumps in! Nothing can compare with lurching along in the tube with your nose stuck in some stranger's armpit! Ahh, London. Gotta love it!

Just returned from a 14 day holiday to Tahiti, spending 10 days cruising around the islands of Tahiti on the Windstar ship "Wind Spirit". The flights over and back were made tolerable by being booked on an Emirates Airbus A380 between Brisbane and Auckland (a magnificent aircraft with plenty of legroom and great service). The cruise on the Wind Spirit was partially weather affected, but still a wonderful experience. The atolls of Tahiti are spectacular. All arrangements made by Wendy were flawless with everything going according to plan. Pre-cruise, we spent two nights at the Manava Resort and post-cruise, we spent two nights at Le Meridien Resort. The Manava Resort was the better of the two and is recommended. I have no hesitation in recommending Wendy Allen as a thorough and professional travel agent.

Had a great time on Norfolk Island lucky to have two ships come into Kingston to unload. Very interesting to watch them unloading cars from the small lighters and swinging them up onto the jetty with waves up to ten feet high crashing in. The views from the clifftops were beautiful with a different view round every corner. Barbara

Hi Wendy Just letting you know I had a lovely time on the cruise ship Legend of the seas18 days from Hong Kong back to Brisbane. The flight to Hong Kong with Qantas was comfortable with good service and food on the flight. Hong Kong was a great experience loved it there. The cruise was faultless the staff and crew very friendly and made everyone feel special and welcome. The food was excellent the entertainment was most enjoyable.Though the ship was older it was maintained and constantly being cleaned and presented well. I enjoyed Hong Kong, Bali ,Darwin,and Cairns although i didnt visit all the ports I was happy with what I did see,especially Hong Kong . I would highly recommend Royal Caribbean and Legends of the Seas. Thank you for a memorable experience. Suzanne Schodde

Thanks Wendy (and Doug) for planning our wonderful 4 nights in Fiji. The accommodation upgrade was a lovely surprise; the food at the resort was delicious, the staff were amazing. We asked for a 'laid back' place to stay and it was perfect. We got to visit a village school, catch a local bus to Lautoka and back, shop at the local food market, catch fish off the jetty and take a trip up to the thatched houses in the village in the mountains in a four wheel drive. The massages were a lovely surprise as well. We will be back.

Peter and I have just returned from the most fabulous holiday to Africa. Wendy Allen did an excellent job organising this adventure and I thank her most sincerely. The hotels, food, and service were all outstanding. The holiday exceeded all our expectations and the wonderful animals were truly mesmerising. Victoria Falls was breathtaking. I have no hesitation in recommending Wendy Allen, and thank her again for the trip that has left us with the most amazing memories.

AAT Kings tour to Phillip Island was a highlight. The driver (Will) gave a fabulous commentary about Melbourne and Phillip Island, and seeing the little penguins coming out of the sea and waddling up the beach to their burrows was a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
