Hi Dom, Everything went well. Accommodation was in a great location and rooms were more than adequate. Breakfast was very ordinary. We found that tipping at 20% was outrageous. All the attractions we attended were great experiences. A couple of visits to parks required pre-booking online which really surprised us. A booking to walk up a crater trail at Diamond Head seemed over the top. Another to a beach reserve seemed outrageous at first but the location was very sensitive. I wasn't happy with the outward flight going via Melbourne but c'est la vie.

Dominique was fantastic, she was very responsive and fast-action in booking my last minute flight changes. My business trip was very well organized indeed from start till end. She booked all hotels in 6 cities on very busy schedule of 2 weeks business trip and hand picked all great affordable hotels with locations second to none. I felt things had taken a downward turn since i last used them. I travel o/s at least once a year and have organised my own travel for more than twenty years. Due to an injury I wasn't able to do it myself this year so used Dominique. Best thing I've ever done. She came up with several options at good prices. But, most importantly, when I wanted to change my arrangements during the trip she did it all within 24 hours. I don't know when she sleeps because whenever I emailed her from the other side of the world she replied immediately or within a couple of hours. I'll continue to use her for all my travel. One thing we know about setting out to do anything… be it learning, life or travel, there are unexpected gems of delight along the way and it is often the little things that matter. From the beginning… Singapore Air surprised us with champagne and Birthday cake and the staff were brilliant. The hotel was very central, and we walked (as we love to) all over the city. Roaming and jaunting around Clark and Boat Quay and trekking up to Orchard Road, Chinatown and Marina Bay. The two tours we took were very informative and fun. Craft Brewery, LeVeL 33 (highest micro brewery in the world) 33 floors up Tower1, in the middle of the Financial Precinct,…a bit tricky to find but fantastic views. Even the locals where not real sure, when we asked were it was. But that's part of the journey. G K Chesterton quote: “The traveler sees what he sees, the tourist sees what he has come to see” It’s all sightseeing! Singapore is made for it, and of it… Singaporeans are very proud of their island, they have managed to combine modern with old, ecology with wonder and the people and their different cultures and history are fascinating, We had a fabulous time. We had a great trip - flights and accommodation were spot on. We had to change our travel plans in the last week to come home early due to work commitments and Dominique was able to organise all the changes with a minimum of fuss.
