My clients share in my 21 years of Travel Industry Experience. After graduating with my Associate Diploma in Business – Travel & Toursim, I went out to find the perfect travel job.
I first started at American Express Corporate Travel mainly looking after the Australia domestic and South Pacific bookings before being quickly promoted to do all International travel. I always wanted to work for airlines after travelling extensively with my sport over many years. I was successful with a new airline to Brisbane, EVA Air.
I worked in the Reservations/Ticketing office for 1 year before being promoted to Supervisor Reservations/Ticketing Office in Sydney. After 1 year in this position I applied to work at a new Sydney airline called Asiana Airlines. I was employed as the Sales Manager NSW/ACT, so I could use my knowledge of Reservations and Ticketing to help travel agents sell Asiana Airlines. I was in this position for 2 ½ years before moving back to sunny Brisbane to start the Queensland Sales Office where I worked for another 3 ½ year before taking some time out on maternity leave.
After resuming work into the travel industry I started a part-time position at Royal Brunei airlines in the Reservations/Ticketing Office. After having two children I started doing part-time temping positions at Royal Brunei and Harvey World Travel before joining MTA in 2007. MTA enables me to have a flexible work lifestyle around my young family.
I have a strong work ethic which reflects in the professional way I deal with my clients.
