Anne

Anne is a wealth of information and she is so helpful in answering all your questions, this is our 2nd cruise booking with Anne and if planned in advance can make everything such a breeze, all you need to do is pack and save some money for the excursions. Last year we did a Whitsunday cruise with Carnival Luminosa, we have planned to go to New Zealand North Island in 2024. Don't be afraid to step out of your comfort zone, take the plunge, causing is so much FUN, and it is truly the most relaxing holiday you'll ever encounter.

Anne has organised our overseas travel from around 2018. From trips to Japan then cruising Japan to USA. Family Xmas cruises around the Pacific islands and New Zealand. In 2019 I requested Anne to book a trip for my wife and I to France across to Venice cruising the Mediterranean ending in Spain. Back to Oz via Vietnam flying business class. Then COVID 19 hit us and everything was cancelled. We initially accepted credit and agreed to reschedule our trips for later in 2020. By 2021 it was obvious that nothing was happening so Anne arranged repayment of our deposits. All went well. The only hiccup came from an international airline that owed us a five figure sum of money. They had apparently gone quiet, had lost our information so on and so forth. Anne persisted and some 12 months later our monies were refunded in full. Thank you Anne. It was Anne's persistence that saved the day and our money. Meantime I had contacted our large Australian travel insurance company just in case and they advised there was no coverage for pandemics. Again thank you Anne. The moral of my storey is... see you in 2022 and 2023 Anne.

Anne is just wonderful! I’ve been on one cruise and booked a second, both with Anne, on my mother’s recommendation! I can not fault Anne! She is amazing! Both times Anne has got me a significant discount months after booking by keeping an eye on sales. Many added extras on both cruises! Anne is prompt in responding to any request (normally outside of business hours) and puts up with my lack of knowledge of travel in general - Anne guides and answers all my questions! I would recommend Anne to everyone! You won’t be disappointed!

Excellent holiday, Great ship with great access. Very clean with High hygiene standards. Anne's help to navigate with all the less than standard questions that are required for special needs was exceptional. Made planning this holiday with confidence a much easier process.
