Previous experience
My previous experience in the travel industry was 13 years spent with Thai Airways in Sydney working in Reservations and Sales and quickly moving to a Customer Services position at Sydney International airport. This entailed overseeing the aircraft arrival and departure which involved passenger check in, catering, cargo, refueling and liaising with both Technical and Cabin crew. It certainly was a job that needed lots of organizational skills along with Customer Service.
I furthered my Career after the airline industry with teaching travel & tourism at Martin College whilst continuing to work in various Boutique travel agencies here on the Gold Coast...The past few years have taken me on a more rewarding journey, working as a Mobile Travel Consultant, enabling me to look after my repeat and referred clientele on a more personal and professional basis, in the comfort of their own homes.
