Dianne as usual you excelled our expectations! Everything went seamlessly and worked like clockwork. As you are aware we were extremely busy prior to leaving and did no investigation on where we were going, the countries or the hotels you had booked on our behalf etc. But with your recommendations the whole trip was like an adventure and each new boutique hotel a wonderful surprise. We were really lucky and were upgraded 3 times. Thanks Dianne! for your wonderful work and time spent on planning this wonderful trip for us. We would never have thought of, or planned such a well thought out itinerary and accommodation as you organised on our behalf. It would have taken us months to research and still, we could never have arranged anything like the trip we had. turning up at little known places with barely a foreign tourist in sight, only to be questioned "How on earth did you find this place" It was a dream holiday which required no effort on our behalf except to turn up and enjoy!!!

Dear Dianne, I cant thank you enough! - Southern Italy and Sicily - was fantastic. While I had no idea what to expect, this trip went beyond any hopes. Living in Trulli at Alberobello and then in a cave at Matera was an amazing start. And for Sicily, it was entering a world that I actually did not want to leave. Swimming in blue green water was part of a dream come true. Thank you very much for putting this altogether.

Europe 2014 Our holiday was wonderful!! When people ask me I just say it was a wonderful experience in every way. It truly was! The accommodation, the modes of transport, what we were able to do even though we were only in cities for 3 nights! But each time we left a city we said " oh we have to come back here so much more to see and do" and the transition from when you took over from what we had booked it was all so smooth. The accommodation in Paris, Rome and Athens was great- position, clean, staff , Switzerland too. Montreux was beautiful. Where we stayed in Athens was such a great place and location. Truly Di, the holiday was a wonderful experience and just what was needed. And this people is why you should always book through a travel agent.... After a mix up with our overnight train journey to Sapa (somehow our romantic twin berth booking ended up as a cosy overnight cabin for 4). Our amazing agent Dianne Russo from MTA Travel came to the rescue contacting Travel Indochina to complain (unprompted by us) AND we were upgraded to the Victoria Express, Vietnams' luxury train....
