Gina organised a “trip of a lifetime” for our Jordan and Egypt Tour. Our month away was exceptionally well organised from flights, to perfectly located 5 star accommodation but it was knowing the ground operatives that Gina and MTA provided that made the trip. Gina monitored our progress ensuring we had no issues throughout. She listened to what wanted to get out of our holiday and provided a perfect itinerary. She always goes above and beyond to make sure we are well prepared, secure and looked after as well as possible on our travels. During this unstable COVID climate, Gina has been amazing, sorting out cancelled and missed flights, and rebooking at all hours of the night. Yippee the world has reopened and we have just returned from our first overseas trip, six weeks in Jordan, Spain, Portugal and Scotland. Our Jordan trip was a journey we had embarked on in March 2020 only to have to call Gina Edwards our MTA agent on day one to extract us and get us home. This year Gina got us back to Jordan as well as providing excellent recommendations for our travel to the Iberian Peninsular. Once again Gina has come up trumps.

Trying to get back to Australia to see my mother who was in ICU, I was put in touch with Gina via a friend of a friend. With Covid increasing in Australia and government restrictions for International travellers, I was in a lot of worry and panic about getting back. I cannot thank Gina enough for all her assistance she gave me in getting home. She is so whole heartedly invested in getting her clients needs met. You are in great hands with Gina.

Gina was so helpful in planning our once in a lifetime adventure to Cairns to see the great barrier reef. We are both disabled and need walkers to get around and she went above and beyond to make sure our needs were catered for. When our first accommodation turned out to be not great (rude staff, lies on website etc) Gina organised us new accommodation within an hour or so and it is wonderful. She also organised a shower chair to be brought by a hire company. She is supportive and kind and knowledgeable. Gina is the most incredible travel agent + person, I’m not sure what I would have done without her. She is only ever a message away and nothing has been too much trouble. People ask: Why do you have a Travel Agent when you can now do it all on line? My answer is that there is much more to organising a holiday than simply visiting Wotif or Expedia. Somewhere, sometime, things will go wrong and that is where having your Travel Agent as your Guardian Angel pays off. Three months ago we arrived in Amman in Jordan to be advised within hours that because of COVID our tour was cancelled and we had 36 hours to leave the country or learn to speak Arabic.

Our first booking with Gina was a cruise in Europe. She was excellent and talked me through a couple of different options on flight routes, accommodation options and cruise itineraries. From then on we have used Gina for all our travel needs. Most recently a trip to USA which got cancelled due to COVID-19 - I was so relieved we had booked through Gina... she kept us up to date with travel restrictions and the cancellation of flights and accommodation and did all the work for us in getting our money back. If you are organising any travel you must talk to Gina, she has her finger on the pulse, is quick and does a very thorough job.

Gina has been organising our trips for years and she always does this faultlessly. My partner is currently travelling and unexpectedly needed a rework of his flights at the last minute, to get home. We booked our "once in a lifetime" trip across Australia through Gina and she was amazing. It was not the most straight forward booking as it involved flights, hire cars and a 91 year old mother-in-law. We made it even ore complicated as I had to leave early due to a family emergency. Gina handled it all so well. I would highly recommend Gina as she is a fabulous travel agent, and lets face it we all need a fabulous travel agent in our lives.

We have just returned from an amazing 9 days in Northern Vietnam. Gina organised the most fantastic trip for our family of 5 and worked very hard to make sure we had the very best of everything, but still remaining within our budget. We travelled to Hanoi, Sapa and Halong Bay. Hanoi and Sapa are so wonderful and both places are definitely a "must visit". But the true highlight for us was our 3 day / 2 night cruise on Halong Bay. With a staff of 22 for 27 passengers we were absolutely spoilt. Our 3 kids did not want to leave the boat. Gina organised everything for us...fantastic hotels, private guides, private drivers, a spacious comfortable van, the night train to and from Sapa and of course the cruise. This was our second trip to Vietnam and we are already saving for a third trip and we will be using Gina's wonderful services. It is the only way to see Vietnam.

I became Gina's first client to send to Antarctica where I went on Aurora Expeditions South Georgia and Antarctic Odyssey cruise which was awe-inspiring and the wildlife plentiful. Before this I went to New York for Christmas and New Year's and spent a few nights in Punta Arenas - a lovely little place in Chile. After this I went to Easter Island, which was very special and unique. From here I went to Ecuador for a few days in Quito before going to Galápagos Islands for two weeks - amazing. From here it was off to Rio De Janiero for Carnaval - wow! I was away two months and Gina was with me every step through to the planning and travel, especially when there was a few hiccups with flights. I would recommend Gina for making any of your travel plans, she wants your holiday to be perfect and mine was. Thank you Gina xo.

From the moment we picked Vietnam as our holiday destination, Gina’s talent at adapting our plans to fit in with a limited time schedule kicked in. This was a personalized tour for 2 people, our own car, driver and guide going to where we wanted to go, pretty much arriving at the top of Vietnam and travelling down to the bottom. I highly recommend the “VIP express” visa arrangement on arrival- saved us hours of standing in airports & we didn’t touch our bags once we left Melbourne airport – our drivers, guides and hotel porters did that! Gina answered all of our pre-holiday questions with patience and knowledge and understood we needed a break at the end of the holiday, Phu Quoc was a brilliant relax at the end of a busy few weeks. Gina organised our holiday in Fiji - Westin Denarau & Tokoriki Island Resort. She did a brilliant job! She listened, understood our expectations and contraints ... and then produced the perfect itinerary! Everything was taken care of ... except for having a wonderful time - that was our job!

She helped and suggested us things that I thought were out of the scope of a travel agent like tips for dining, best ways to get around and activities that she had done herself. Amazing! We were recommended to Gina for our honeymoon to Italy and Greece by one of her regular clients. Gina went far and beyond what I thought a travel agent would do. We had a flight cancelled during our honeymoon and Gina was amazing at getting back to us so quickly and helping us out even though it was on an early Sunday morning. In planning, little things like finding train tickets and thinking about a hotel in between stop overs were great.
